Todoroki was the first to end up at Midoriya's dorm, sliding on the floor which he turned to ice. He then knocked on the door and just e m b r a c e d.
Uraraka then got there and brought tea. Lots of tea.
Mina and most of the class came to calm him down while Tokoyami brought some amethyst and candles.

When they saw him he looked like he was crying for hours and simply said, "h e l p."
