The Avengers building has never been more crowded. Tony Stark had to quickly design and build more rooms in order to fit everyone. But why, you may ask, is it so filled? Well, the Avengers all managed to escape Thanos after rescuing everyone, and Thanos went back to his farm. He shouldn't be much of a problem now.

In the meantime, all of the heroes decided to bunk together in the Avengers building. Now it's huge with multiple floors and seemingly endless rooms. Everyone even has their own bedroom minus those who are dating, they get to share a room.

It's only been about a week, and nothing big has happened. The heroes have been catching up with each other while doing their own thing. Nick Fury doesn't think it's wise to have the heroes out on the streets for a while unless absolutely necessary, so everyone is stuck in the building. Well, at least they get to rest.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Or not.

It takes about ten long minutes for every seat in the meeting room to fill. However, every new person that walks inside the room just adds to the noise.

Tony Stark and Steve Rogers stand at the head of the table in front of a big screen. Steve clears his throat loudly and slowly, everyone settles down. Tony takes a head count with his mind to make sure everyone is here: Bruce, Thor, James (Rhodes), Loki, James (Bucky), Natasha, Clint, Sam, Wanda, Scott, Hope, T'Challa, Peter P., Carol, Vision, Stephen, Lauren, Nebula, Mantis, Peter Q., Gamora, Rocket, Groot, and Drax. Yes, the Guardians are staying as well. Anyone associated with the heroes, such as Kraglin, Hank Pym, Valkyrie, or Korg, don't live here but are keeping a close eye out.

Steve takes a deep breath and turns to Tony. Not expecting the action, Tony's eyes widen and he turns toward the screen behind him. "I expect you all wish to get out of here as soon as possible, so I'll figure this out quickly. What's up, F.R.I.D.A.Y.?"

"Mr. Stark, a message of warning has been sent from light years away, and was just received by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents." Tony's artificial intelligence shows a picture of what appears to be a radio signal coming down from outer space and into the Earth. "Want me to play the message?"

Tony and Steve turn toward their team to find all of them listening intently. The former tells his artificial intelligence, "Why not? The gang's all here. We're listening."

F.R.I.D.A.Y. starts the video and rapid breathing can be heard. Shortly, a deep voice starts speaking, but he doesn't sound menacing. Rather, the voice sounds like it would come from a nice, fatherly type of guy. "Humans, I come to you with a warning. My master, Galactus, hungers for your planet. I...can not stop him. As much as I wish to go against my master, I am held back by an oath. I warn you that my master is not one to give up, so be prepared. He will do whatever it takes to consume your planet."

The line breaks and all of the Avengers are blown away. This can't be happening - first Thanos and now this?! They just went through half of them dying, and now there's another being who wants to eat the Earth?! There is no way they are prepared to fight against another big baddie.

Breaking the tension and still in denial, Peter Quill chuckles. "This has to be a prank, right? I mean, a being who eats planets? This guy can't be serious."

"I wouldn't be surprised." Stephen Strange fiddles with the strap of the Eye of Agamotto around his neck as he speaks. "There are many beings out there who consume planets in order to survive."

"That's right. Remember Dormammu?" Lauren Thompson props her head up with her hands and looks down at the table. She doesn't want to remember the thing that killed her and Stephen continuously for about two years.

"I can vouch for that as well." Carol Danvers crosses her arms in front of her chest. "I was able to get intel as I was fighting the Skrulls about beings that consume planets."

"Alright, you got me on that. However, why would this guy send us a message of warning if he's a servant of this Galactus being?" Quill raises his hands up in surrender and looks around for an answer.

Surprisingly, his girlfriend who's sitting next to him answers that question. "He simply could be trying to take down his master because he knows it's wrong to follow him. I was raised by Thanos, but that doesn't mean I would willingly kill half of everything living with him."

"He also said he was under an oath. Maybe this guy was forced to serve Galactus." Nebula backs her sister up, much to everyone's surprise.

"I agree with both sides on this." Steve puts his hands on the table and locks eyes with everyone one by one before continuing. "We don't have enough information to decide whether or not this warning is false. I say we heed the warning, but take caution. We will do more research on this Galactus guy to see if he is truly an enemy. I'll need Strange, Thompson, and the Guardians to help me with that."

"So, if we find anything, then we will have another meeting?" Tony asks. He secretly hates meetings, so he hopes that Steve will just inform everyone the plan over the intercoms or something.

"We will have a meeting every other day in order to keep everyone up to date. In the meantime, spar and train up. Don't get sloppy and learn to fight as a team. Be prepared for anything." Steve nods at the end of his order, ending the meeting.

Everyone files out of the room except for Steve, Tony, Lauren, Stephen, and the Guardians. Steve gives the Guardians the order to find out the current location of Galactus. Lauren and Stephen get the job of figuring out who Galactus is and what he can do. Tony starts tracing back the message they received as a warning to hopefully send a message back to him.

After that day, the Avengers all started training more. They refuse to lose the planet to an overpowered being of endless hunger. They'll find a way to beat him. They always find a way.
