Ravens POV :
I feel like shit right now. All this arguing and ordering Scarlett is wrong and I know that. Really I should of stood with her and helped her make her point but instead I sided with a man I don't even like.
Once we were out of earshot of her I let out a huge breath and turned to Arion ready to confront him.
"Why the fuck did you do that?!"
Arion much to my dismay just tuts and waggles his finger in my face. "Raven. Oh Raven. You poor ignorant child." The guy was just mocking me now and really all I wanted to do was rip out his guts then run to Scarlett with an apology.
"Raven I get it that you are into that feisty thing in girls but please," Arion chuckled exaggerating the word 'please', "Next time get an obedient one, that girls sort always turn out nutty."
'The ass' I think as I balled my fists in anger about to be tipped off the edge. "You had no right. None at all." Now I was definitely losing my cool, "Fucking hell! You complete and utter fool!"
As soon as those words left my mouth I immediately regretted it even though deep down it was right.
"Raven, remember who your talking to, I don't take kindly to insults." Arion spat out his last word in pure disgust. "Boy I only do business with you as a favour to Jordan. He was a valued adversary, you aren't. So I strongly suggest you watch your mouth."
"And I strongly suggest that you don't ever let his name fall from your lips again." I gritted out, frustration begging to boil in me.
This is out of line. Arion has no right to talk about Jordan. Jordan was always a good man. And having his name being brought up in an argument about sexism would make him toss in his grave.
"I am your superior, I carry your gang but like the modest man I am allow you glory. Without me you are nothing."
"I would be just as strong without you I fact I am just as strong without you. I am severing our alliance you pig." On impulse I splurged out all of my thoughts in a condemning manner, not really thinking about the outcome.
"What?" Arion stuttered taken aback by my decision, " You are ...... breaking the alliance."
As the news came smashing down, both of us truly saw what this meant. If gangs that are in areas that are as close as ours are they are either enemy's or allies. The Vipers and Subbotinaite gang are
no longer allies. We are enemy's .
