Why Won't You Hate Me? {MonikaxSayori-ddlc}

Listen up everyone!

"...you again..."

"That's a way to greet people..." The girl gently helped Natsuki gain balance again. She looked over at Sayori who was a bit angry and pinching Natsuki's cheek. Yuri lightly laughed as she picked up the map that was on the floor, "I'm guessing you two are going to the club presentation, right?"

"Why do you care-?"

"Yes!"

Natsuki crossed her arms as a light blush was visibly spreading across her face.

"I'm heading over there if you want you guys can follow me," Yuri held her hand out to Sayori and shook her hand. "I'm Yuri by the way!" She smiled a little as she glanced at Natsuki. "...and Its nice to see you again."

Natsuki turned away as she kept her arms crossed. Sayori noticed this and smiled to herself before she hit Natsuki upside the head. "Atleast try being polite!"

Natsuki growled as she pushed Sayori off to the side. Yuri laughed a bit, "Are you two a couple?"

The two looked at the  for a moment and then at each other. "..." they both burst out laughing. Natsuki leaned up against Sayori as she wiped a tear trying to come out.

"No, We're just childhood friends."

Natsuki smirked as an idea came to mind while they began to walk, "Hey Miss student council president! What about you and that blonde girl? You two got something goin on?" Yuri froze as she heard her speak. Natsuki obviously noticed this and the smirk stayed on her face.

Yuri didn't turn her face as she spoke, "Maybe we do...maybe we don't." The smirk on Natsuki's face went away as they continued to walk and made it to the door of the auditorium, "Well I'll you guys during my speech see you guys later." Yuri waved as she got inside and headed behind the stage.

"Tch...let's go Sayori." Natsuki walked inside and noticed some club members passing out phamlets for their clubs. They eventually passed everyone and sat at the end of a row. They waited for a while. Natsuki impatiently tapped her foot. While Sayori read one of the phamlets out of boredom.

I met her again...I wasn't sure if I was ever going to talk to her again-I was planning to...the main thing holding me back was the thought of her hating me.  But why wouldn't she after all I-

"Monika!"

"Hm? Oh sorry Hana..."

The slightly shorter girl smiled, "don't worry about it!"

"Hey uh Vice President?" Monika cut her off as she pointed at her with her red pen. "Ex Vice President."

"Right! don't you think it's too much to resign the debate club in front of everyone?" Hana glanced at her childhood friend as they continued to walk where their group was.

Monika looked at her pen as she spoke,
"Nope! Matter a fact The student council President is doing it as well."

"Y-yeah...but that's different at least her speech isn't as unprofessional as yours... atleast that's what Kira told me..." Hana mumbled a bit as she glanced at Monika who didn't seem angry-in fact not dazed by it whatsoever. It was one of the things Hana admired so much about Monika. How strong she was even when they were kids. When Monika would contradict Kira she had such confidence- it was mesmerizing to look at. Meanwhile, she got yelled at whenever saying a word to Kira. But, matter how much she yelled at her...she wouldn't leave. Instead, she stayed closer to her and did everything she said just to make her happy.

"Hana?"

"Hm?"

"Sorry I got lost in my thoughts..."

Monika playfully hit her shoulder to let her loosen up even a little bit. Hana forced a smile. "What were you thinking of anyway? Your crush~?"

Monika smiled playfully as Hana looked away. "Maybe it's something like that..."

"There you two are! Monika get ready! Your on stage in just a few seconds." the stage crew member looked at his checklist as he started walking away.

"Hey wait! Why am I supposed to be on stage now?"

The boy looked aggravated as he looked up from his clipboard. "Kira said you're supposed to represent the debate club and they're up first which means you should get up there NOW!" He started pushing her up the stairs as Monika's eyes went wide. Right before she could protest she was already on stage with the entire school looking at her.

This was going to be one hell of a presentation
