The next morning, Tal Tal supposed to continue torturing her, but he can't bare to see the torture of the small girl anymore. He's going to persuade his uncle to secure the girl's brother first. In the hope that Haneul will reveal the name of the rebels if he threaten her with her younger brother's life. He knew that it is really risky to rescue her brother directly from the rebel's general mansion. But, he can't bear to see her getting tortured anymore.

He rushed himself and went to Baek Ahn's room, "Uncle, I think it's best to ensure that her brother could be captured first. Maybe she'll talk if we used her brother to threaten her. If we keep torturing her, she'll end up dying in this rate."

"But, it is too risky, Tal Tal. Just keep torturing her, I'm sure that she'll give up at one point."

Tal Tal gritted his teeth,

"This isn't the right way of the soldier. A true soldier will never torture a young woman until her death. This isn't appropriate, Uncle! So, please let me capture her brother first."

Baek Ahn kind of shocked seeing his nephew begged like this over a Koryo girl. He sighed and said,"Fine, capture her brother, but if she still doesn't want to reveal the rebels name. I'll deal with her myself."

Tal Tal nodded and gave orders to his soldiers to follow him to the rebels' hideout at Koryo. They quickly ride away to Koryo, they can't waste time any longer or not she can't die, Tal Tal thought.

Outside the rebels hideout

Tal Tal and his men arrived two days later in Koryo and they were spying outside the rebels mansion. Tal Tal's informant informed him that this mansion is where all the rebel's general lived. So, surely Haneul's brother is kept here.

"Sir, there is a lot of men guarding the front gate. Are you sure that you're going to take all of the risks to take that girl's brother?"

Tal Tal eyes seeing all the soldiers that guarding the gate. He sees around at least 40 men guarding the gate. He knew that the rescue won't be easy, but he never thought there are so many men guarding the hideout. He chose to rescue Haneul's brother at night because less light will make the enemy hard to detect them.

Tal Tal decides that they need a disguise in order to sneak out to the rebels hideout. So, he orders his men to dress up as a merchant.

Tal Tal and his men already dressed as a merchant. But, he figured that it still won't be easy to get permission inside. Suddenly one of his men spoke, "Sir, I have heard a rumor that one of their general really likes rare ginseng. Maybe we can try to sell some to them."

"Use our golds to buy the ginseng. We'll try to sell them at a lower price than others, but not to cheap so they won't be suspicious."

"Yes sir," The soldier nodded and went to buy the rare ginseng.

When the night falls

"Did you get them?"

"Yes, sir. They are dried and packed."

"Good, now be ready we'll try to get inside our enemy's hideout. One small mistake and our head will pay the price."

All the soldiers bowed and said, "Yes sir!"

When they get into the front gate, the guard stops and asked them.

"What business do you have here?"

"We heard rumors that your general has a preference to the subtle taste of old and rare ginseng. We've acquired a sack of 20 years old ginseng. With utmost respect, we would like to offer your general these ginsengs at a fairly good price."

The guard looked at each other and said,"Wait here, we'll ask our general first. If he doesn't want to buy your ginseng. You'll need to leave."

Tal Tal and his soldiers obeyed to make their plan worked. Not long after, the guard return and he said, "My general wanted to see you, please follow me."

Tal Tal was glad that his plan work. Now, he just needs to find the place where Haneul brother was kept.

In order to make his plan work, Tal Tal prepared a cart so he can hide Haneul's brother when they go out. The guard was leading them to their general's room. In their way, two of Tal Tal's men sneak out to find the room where Haneul's brother was kept.
