After all its the right thing to do to pay him back for saving her and Byul's life. She focused herself on the training and studying. Each of her training making her grew stronger. Tal Tal pushed her limits, encourages her to be better, the strongest. He pushes her to be the best of her potential. He motivates her to be the strongest soldier to not let anyone look her down. He makes her trains double as hard as other soldiers. He threatens her with Byul's life to do her best. Even though he threatens her, Haneul knew that he doesn't mean it. She knew he only did it to motivates her to train harder.
One night, as usual, Haneul went to the library to have her study routine with Tal Tal. She thought that as usual, she'll read more books about battle tactics and war history. But, this time is different, Tal Tal gave her a book written by some with the nickname "Prisoner student." Haneul's eyes widened up out of shock. She realized that nickname, it was hers. When she was in her hometown in the rebel's hideout, she secretly wrote a book mainly about how the nation system works. She basically criticized the high ranked official that never cared about the citizen especially the poor ones. This what makes the rebellion forces formed, she wrote in hope that her nation can be better. So, the fate of the poor children and orphans like her and Byul can be changed.
Tal Tal notices that Haneul knew about this book and he asked," Did you ever read this book?"
Haneul lied to hide the fact she is the one who wrote that book," I've read that books once in Goryeo, Sabonim."
He asks her again, "Did you still remember what its content?"
She replied to him with a proud tone, "Yes, it contains the author's resentment about her nation. She criticized the ranking officials that corrupts the nation's funding causing the citizen great suffering. She also blamed and hoped that her own nation can be ruled by a great King that can make the citizens' lives especially orphans and children's lives better. A king that can bring her nation to its golden age when people will have wealthiness and great prosperity."
"You seem to know a lot of the author of this book. How come you can know that the author's identity is a girl?" He asked suspiciously.
"I just assumed the author's identity by myself. With the language the author used, I'm assuming that the author is a woman. I also really like that book, it's one of my favorite." She replied back.
"Hmm, that's great then. You don't need to read this book anymore. Actually I really admire the author of this book, I really hope she can write a new book. I have always been waiting for the new book she wrote, but it never did. I felt that the emperor can have someone like her by his side. This empire can be better and our people cand prosper." He said.
Haneul trying her best to hide her proud smile. She never thought that she has an admirer of her works and it turns out that Tal Tal is one of them.' He is really different than other officials. He truly cared about his people.' She thought making her have greater respect towards him.
