Never compare your story to anyone else's. Your style of writing is completely different than someone else's.
Try not to focus on the number of reads, votes, or comments on your stories, especially compared to others. I have read amazing stories on here with a very low amount of reads that deserved more attention, and stories with reads in the millions with too many plots, characters, grammatical and spelling errors. Do not define your worth with numbers on a screen.
Do not put yourself down because someone's writing is better than yours, it will discourage you. Just keep practicing.
I have learned though, I just have to do my own thing and not care what others think as long as I like it. That is the same for you if you like your story do not second guess it.
