Be sure not to forget punctuation when writing! I always see people missing commas or forgetting to capitalize 'I'.
Do not forget about it.
As much as you think it is not important, it is! If I start reading a Wattpad book and it has bad grammar, spelling and punctuation, I will not continue to read it.
Things to remember:
'I' must be capitalized. (Ex. Let's go, I am hungry.)
When someone speaks, do not forget the quotation marks. (Ex. "Hi, this is Graham.")
The first letter at the beginning of a sentence must be capitalized. (Ex. My name is...)
Periods, exclamation marks and question marks should be at the end of a sentence. (Ex. Cool bike. Can I have a drink? Wow!)
Make sure you don't switch from past to present tense. (Ex. "Look!" I said. "That's awesome!" He replies.)
Try not to repeat words either.
I recently learned that if you are writing dialogue, you add a comma at the end of a sentence if it's a type of speech.
Examples:
"I can't do this anymore," I say to him.
"Why not? You love me." He frowned.
Say is a type of speech, so you add a comma, whereas frowned is not so you add a period.

I am not writing these things to make people feel bad or make it seem like 'I'm the best writer in the world and I know everything.' 'Cause I don't. I'm writing this to help people.)
