peter;
Peter slammed his apartment door shut, waking Aunt May up from her nap on the couch. Her tired eyes followed Peter's stressed figure as he stressed to his room. She slowly made her way towards his room knocking gently on his door before she opened it. Peter laid on the bed, his face down in the pillow.
"Hey Peter" she said softly. "How are you?" She asked and placed a hand on his shoulder while she sat down on the bed next to him. Peter groaned softly as a response before he turned around, now laying on his back.
"I asked Ingrid on a date" He simply said with a smile, making May squeal in excitement, knowing about the huge crush Peter had on the girl.
"Really, what did she say? Did she say yes?" She asked with a happy smile on her face and Peter nodded in response. "So, where are you going to take her?"
"I was thinking taking a walk through Central Park." Peter said. "I've always wanted to do that." He smiled and May smiled back.
"That sounds like a wonderful date, Peter." May said before she walked out of the door, leaving Peter alone with his thoughts. He grabbed his phone and pressed Ingrids contact. Should he call or text her? He decided to call her since it would be easier to explain his plans for the date.
"Hey Peter hold on-" Ingrid said as she answered, Last Christmas by Wham! playing loudly in the background. Peter smiled as she turned the volume down and spoke to him again. "Sorry, Hello" She laughed from the other end of the phone, sounding like an angel.
"Hey Ingrid, what are you doing?" Peter decided to start of smooth, not rushing the date, he wanted to though.
"Oh nothing, just cooking and listening to christmas music." She sighed as she sat down on a chair.
"Really? What are you making?" Peter asked while chewing on his nails.
"Some broccoli pie" She answered.
"That sounds good, um about that date.." Peter trailed of and Ingrid mumbled a yes from the other end. "Are you free this Saturday? Well Saturday is tomorrow so are you free tomorrow?" He rambled and he herd Ingrid giggle fro the other side.
"I am free tomorrow" She said in a happy tone. "Where are we going to meet up?"
"Maybe outside of the coffee shop? At twelve p.m" Peter suggested, butterflies tickling his stomach.
"See you there! Can't wait" She said happily. "Bye bye Peter, Take care and i'll see you tomorrow!" She said and Peter smiled.
"Bye, you too!" he said and she hung up. He placed the phone on his chest and looked up at the ceiling, thinking about Ingrid and the date, with a smile on his rosy lips.
