Chasing Heaven

The big scare

Today I woke up feeling naseuos. As soon as my feet hit the floor I ran to the bathroom. Laurent running behind me pulling my hair back. Once I finished emptying the contents of my stomach into the toilet. I brushed my teeth.
"You okay mon amour?"
"I think I may caught a stomach virus."
We walked downstairs the smell of whatever was cooking sent me running back up the steps to the bathroom.
"Is she okay?" Larry asked.
"I non know she say she may get sick."
I walked back down the steps and sat on the couch. I think I knew what was wrong but was in total denial.
After eating enough food for a football team. I laid on the couch.
Larry looked at Laurent with a look of confusion. Raquel told Larry she needed him to drop her off at a pharmacy.
Once at the pharmacy she picked up two pregnancy tests. Truth be told she's been feeling naseuos herself. Once she returned she grabbed my arm and had me follow her to my bedroom.
"Girl what? I asked as soon as we got there.
"We need to take these." She said handing me the pregnancy test.
"You think?" I started.
She shook her head yes.
"Both of us?"
She shook her head in agreement again.
I wasn't ready for babies. I could barely keep a plant alive. The thought of me being responsible for a live human being scared me. I reluctantly took the test. The next couple of minutes were tedious. I paced back and forth biting my fingernails. I wasn't the only one nervous as hell Raquel and I could have walked a hole in the floor. Finally it was time for the results. My heart beat increased my palms were sweaty as I picked up the test my hands were shaking. I looked over at Rocky she looked like she was ready to faint. This was it as we both looked down and the test revealed.......

*So what do you guys think are they or aren't they. I guess we won't know until the new year.*
