"Well be quick with it" my mother said impatiently.
"The good news is Heaven is fine she lost a lot of blood but she is a fighter."
"Thank God, wait what is the bad news?"
"As I said Ms. Michaels lost a lot of blood she is going to need a blood transfusion. We need to test all of you minus you Raquel to see if you are compatible."
Before Laurent could open his mouth Larry said " I go first."
So they took Larry and Momma and tested them neither were a match. Next they tested Laurent as always my guardian Angel came through he was a match. The doctor begin to pump blood from Laurent into my body. Isn't it funny the man who is gives me life was literally giving me life. He laid beside me just smiling.
"Now you truly belong to me mon belle my blood now flows through you."
"Blood or no blood I'm already yours forever." I said smiling weakly.
He smiled back.
The whole night left me exhausted. I was afraid to close my eyes I was afraid that they may not open them again.
"Go to sleep mon amour you safe you got my blood flowing through you now."
I closed my eyes and let my mind rest. I fell into a deep sleep that night. Dreaming of nobody but Laurent I believe deep in my soul we are truly meant to be no matter what the situation he is always my solution. The thought that I almost ripped his heart apart alone would have killed me. Because he is my reason for living my reason for breathing. I awakened to the scent of his cologne I laid there just gazing at the beautiful specimen that laid beside me. Then something hit me Oh my God I'm a mother now. I continued to press the button for the nurse I haven't seen my daughters yet. Finally the nurse entered my room.
"Yes Ms. Michaels?"
"Is it possible for me to see my babies?"
"Yes Ms. Michaels."
When they brought them in my heart melted I fell in love with the at first sight.
"Do you have names for them?"
"Elena and Eleni." I said with a smile.
Laurent smiled at the sight of his universe laying in the bed beside him.
*Now y'all know that would have torn him to pieces if Heaven or those babies died I don't have the heart to do that to him*
