"Him living here would be a terrible decision," Logan stated as he paced his room.
"No it wouldn't, Logan. You just don't know him like I do," I exclaimed and frowned at the man.
He was stunned and looked me in the eyes. "No, you don't understand. I loved him, Virgil. I spent months with him. He used me and drained me and I thought he loved me too. He said so. Yet, I don't think he did. I was chewed up and spat back out that I was in the hospital a few times.
"I do not trust him. At all." Logan crossed his arms and kept his eyes focused on mine.
"Okay, but did you have good times with him, or are you ignoring them?" I asked and gave him a raised brow.
"What-?"
"What you were saying all Deceit. You might have fallen for Damien, but Deceit is protective of him, aggressively. He has MPD. He has another personality called Patriot. He's like Patton. They are both 'Pat'. He wasn't acting that way. Deceit was that way. All that is connected to him, that you guys think is Damien, is Deceit and Patriot."
Logan seemed like shredder with too much paper in it, malfunctioning and stuck. He didnt know what to say and I was surprised. For the first time, he was silent. He had no way to fight back. His revenge logic was gone.
"He's good, really. He just needs to work with Patriot and Deceit. We would need to have him stabilize his behavior and with the both of us, me studying for a physiology major and your smart brain of info on every little thing, we can help him."
Logan shook his head lightly and began to pace again while he mumbled to himself. He then looked up to me, "Okay. That could be a possibility, but if he does anything to harm any of us, I will be on guard. If he does it a second time, he's out. Got it?"
"Got it. Now can you tell Patton about Patriot and I'll fix up my room for Damien." I get up from his bed and he calls back.
"Where will you be?" He gives me curious look.
"With Roman, duh." I smile faintly.
He sighs and bumps his forehead with the butt of his hand, "of course. That was obvious."
We both walk out to the main area where I grab Damien and Logan grabs Patton. "Wait, what?" Roman calls as he follows Damien and I.
"Damien's allowed to stay and I'm moving into your room." I state and walk into my room, well Damien's.
"What?" Roman confusion only grows.
"Damien, you can unpack and I'll pack my things up." I don't notice but I'm smiling brightly.
I'm teasing Roman and helping Damien at the same time. They were both my favorite people so I couldn't help it. I stored my things in my mesh laundry basket to make it easier to transport it to Roman's room. I grab my bags and shove my computer along with other devices in there too.
"There," I smiled to Damien, "this room is now yours."
"Thank you," He smiled awkwardly and nodded.
I nodded back before dragging my stuff to Roman's room. "Woah, woah, hold on." Roman blocked the entrance of his room with his broad stature.
I stopped and looked up at him as he looked back at me, "What is going on?"
"Well," I started, "Damien is moving in after my discussion with Logan because we want to help him. Now I have to move into your room because I gave mine up to Damien."
Roman nodded slowly before giving me a firm nod and allowing me access to his room. "Thank you," I hum and put my bags by his bed for now.
"You're welcome, My Prince," Roman smiled and sauntered over to me before resting his hands on my waist.
"I don't think I've seen you this happy," he added as he admired the smile plastered on my face.
"Oh really?" I asked while the smile held onto my lips.
"Really really, my dear." He tucked some stray strands of hair behind my ear, "I hope it lasts."
"I bet you it will, Joey." I teased, resting my hands among his shoulders.
He gave me a soft kiss on the lips which I returned before he hummed, "Do you want to continue from earlier?"
"Of course, sweettalker," I mumbled back before our lips connected once more.
The kiss was soft and felt like home. I was at home with this man. A man who knows my way of loving others. A man passionate about everything and everyone he loves. A man I can call my own.
He lifted me up to set me on his silky sheets. Our teeth bumped which made us laugh before I crawled back on the bed to lie down. He followed and he planted gentle kisses all over my face which only made me laugh more. "You're a idiot," I teased and pushed him away softly.
"You're a dork," he hummed before butterfly kissing my nose and holding me close as we cuddled on the bed.
It was silent now, or was it only for us, as we laid their on the bed. Holding one another in our embrace as we just sat their in the warmth of our love. The steady breathing of our chests slowly rising and falling. The hanging lights illuminating the room dimly as we sat in this intimate moment.
"I love you," Roman hummed and kissed my head.
I smiled softly and looked up to him before giving him a kiss, "I love you too, Roman. Always."The End
