Chapter 1 : Collided World's

It was the start of a new semester at Brookville high school and I was struggling to find my books, it was so frustrating. I was worried I would never make it in  time for school. I had no doubt that this was my brother Grey's doing. He is the prankster in our family, his pranks can sometimes get out of hand like this morning he replaced my perfume with insect repellent.

“Found it!” I yelled when I found my backpack  already packed with my books in the basement  ‘thanks I guess'. Finally I can go to school. I loved school, I know its hilarious but it was an escape\my escape from my family, its the one normal thing I have in my life right now. You see I'm not just an ordinary girl, I'm a vampire (well actually vampire princess ). I'm  Princess Catalya Angeline Damon. My mother ( Queen Katherine) studies magic as well as our history to keep us safe and away from exposure. My father ( Count Logan )  well his different, he is good at combat and sometimes I would watch him train my brothers ( Grey, Julian, and Leon).

I swifted the rest of the way to school mother says that its dangerous and that I could  get caught but I think if we have these abilities \ powers we should use them.

My friends called and waved so I could see them in the crowd of students. My friends would always call me ‘lya' as Catalya was to long. We love to give each other nicknames. Annabell we called Anna ( we are very close , we practically tell each other everything ), Kristella we called Krissy, Bianca we couldn't come up with anything, Melody we called Mel ( she was still new at Brookville high so we were not as close ). We are all vampires, its  not that we are afraid of involving ourselves with humans its just our parents they won't allow us to. When you look at a normal vampire, rules and restrictions aren't as bad as they seem but when you take a look at me its as though I'm in a deep pool of rules. Just as I caught up with my friends Mason Darkwood walked by, as he did I caught a glimpse of Melody looking down as if to avoid eye contact with him. It was no surprise  to us that Melody liked Mason, he was goodlooking actually all his friends were. “You should at least show that you are interested" , Anna said as she was lifting Melodys head. She turned to look at him as he joined his friends and saw Erica walking towards him. She quickly faced us and started to tremble. “ Don't tell me you are afraid of Erica", Bianca said placing her hands on Melodys shoulders as if to say get a grip.

Even though they looked like normal Jocks that you see everyday there still something about them that gave me a strange feeling. “ Uh-oh , what's wrong?", Kristella asked as if to tease me. “I don't know but those boys seem strange”, I responded. “Maybe or you have your eye on someone , someone like Joshua Slade", she said. As I was about to respond the bell rang for first period. I'll admit I do find him cute but its best if I just keep my distance from boys because my father can be described as a psychopath sometimes but still when I look at him my face heat up and I get a tingle in my stomach

“ I wonder what they're giggling about, Josh ? ",Kieth asked giving me a shove with his shoulder. Yes that's me Joshua Slade but you'll get a chance to figure me out later. You see my best friend Kieth is a lady-guy and he loves it when girls pay attention to him. He especially took a liking to a girl named Annabell, but what Kieth found really funny was when Annabell's friend Melody would get shy around Mason.

Obviously she liked him but he was already in a relationship with a girl named Erica, even so he tries not to go for the human girls they tend to  freak out when its full moon. Speaking of full moons  I'm actually the son of the Alpha wolf in our pack. Cool right (not), since my dad is Alpha I got to play responsible son, the same goes for my older sister and two brothers.
