Yawwwn,I was up till 03:00 waiting on my father. He came home late for the past week now. Normally when he came home I would pour him some whiskey and add a splash of blood to his glass and when we were both relaxed father would begin with the story. There I was on the sofa,eyes fighting to stay awake. Eventually  I gave up.
The Next morning I woke up in my bed I heard voices coming from down stairs I sneaked outside and hid behind the railing. Mother and father were arguing." Please at least talk to her she is losing sleep having to every time wait on you. She falls asleep on the couch. I can't even answer her because I,myself do not know when you are coming home", mother cried. "Being Count is a great opportunity for this family. I have worked hard to get here so our family could have a better life",father argued. "She is still a child,she needs you Logan." Then they both shot their heads up in my direction and then I sprinted towards my room. I climbed under the covers and pretended to be asleep. The door creeked open and I felt a weight on my bed. "Catalya", it was my father. I didn't respond I squinted my eyes pretending to be asleep and hoping he would believe me. "I know you are awake",he whispered and I turned to face him. "Father has to go a way for a while",he started." You just got home",I said ,my heart sinking." I know flower ,its not easy for me being away from you, " he said. "Then don't go!", I yelled my voice bouncing off the walls. "I have to go", he said. "How long is this trip?", I asked. "Three months", his voice dropped. And I felt tears running down my face. He wasn't gone but I missed him. -but I will be back for when you have to start big school", he assured. I said nothing just turned and ignored him. He stayed in my room for a while and then left.
The Next morning Leon had to to pull me off my father because I wouldn't let him go. I cried the whole day non stop. I think I cried myself to sleep. I slept in Leons room for a while and we became super close over the year's . He was the best big brother ever.
