Jimin POV

Biting my lip nervously, I slowly make my way down the street. I can feel myself growing more and more anxious with each step I take, but I know I can't back out. I told Jungkook that I'd get his things for him and bring them to our apartment before I go to work today since I don't have the usual private lesson. Luckily, they had cancelled.

Double checking the address on the slip of paper that he'd given me, I sigh as I begin to head up the drive towards the apartment complex. It's a smallish one. Only a little bigger than the one I used to live in with my parents. Thankfully, there's no cars in the lot at all so I quickly hurry inside and up to the floor he'd said was theirs, slipping inside the door once I reach it. Luckily, the door was unlocked like he said.

Keeping my eyes on the wall beside me, I quickly run off to Jungkook's room. Trying to make as little noise as possible, I recall the fact that Jungkook said his mother would be back soon. Entering inside his room, I close the door behind me like it had been before so that I won't be seen if someone does come in. Looking around, a small smile tugs at my lips with how clean and organized it is.

Going over to his closet, I pull out a medium sized duffle bag and set it on his bed. Rushing around as silently and quickly as possible, I start tossing a bunch of his clothes inside. Just barely fitting everything inside, I move onto his toiletries that are set on top of his dresser. I quickly slip those inside as well before going over to his bedside table and grabbing the chopsticks he'd requested specifically.

Just as soon as I get the bag zipped up, I hear the front door open. My eyes widen as my heart begins beating erratically. Freezing in place, I listen as the footsteps enter the apartment and slam the door shut. There's quiet weeping that can be heard, and I close my eyes as the footsteps grow closer to the room I'm in. Though, they go straight past the door and continue on walking until I hear another door fall shut.

Sighing silently, I turn back towards the bed and grab the duffle bag. Slinging it over my shoulder, I quickly and quietly open the door. Checking to make sure the coast is clear, I sneak out of the room and over to the front door. With shaking hands, I manage to open the front door almost silently before closing it behind me. Though, hearing it click shut, I quickly take off running on my toes so as to still be as quiet as possible.

Racing down the hall and into the stairwell, I don't stop running until I'm out the building and near the end of the street. Finally letting myself catch my breath, I pull my phone out to check the time. A small smile tugs at my lips, seeing I still have plenty of time to get to work from here.

The evening goes by quietly and quickly, soon letting me head home. Thankfully, I don't have a ton of homework this time and classes actually went okay. Work surprisingly went well too, but then again, it is just helping and teaching kids how to dance.

Walking up to my apartment, I unlock the door and step inside. Closing and locking up behind me, I drag myself all the way into the room.

"Jiminie!" Tae exclaims with a grin from where he's sat at our table. Despite being tired, I chuckle at his antics.

"Do you usually get back this late, hyung?" Jungkook asks from where he's sat on the sofa. Giving him a small smile, I nod my head.

"Yep. And then I'd usually be up for a while doing homework. But, luckily, my professors decided to go easy on us today." I grin, teasing Tae since I know he got more than usual. As expected, Taehyung groans with a pout in response.

"Lucky, bitch." He mumbles with a frown. I merely smile, walking over to him to ruffle his hair teasingly.

"You'll survive, Tae. Besides, you're almost finished aren't you?" I question. He nods.

"I've got one more problem then I'll be done." He sighs, leaning back over his work on the table. I smile at him before heading over to Jungkook who's still on the sofa.

"Hi, baby." I greet with a grin, leaning down and pecking his lips. He blushes at my actions but quietly mumbles a greeting in return.

"I've got your things for you. You can head to bed whenever you're ready." I inform him, ruffling his hair as well before heading towards my bedroom. I don't have to look at him to know his eyes are growing wide.

"U-Uh, hyung? I-I'm okay o-on the s-sofa. W-We don't h-have t-to share y-your bed." Jungkook responds softly. I merely smile, despite not wanting to give my bed up. Stopping in my tracks at the bedroom doorway, I turn back to the younger boy who's looking up at me with a mixture of emotions.

"Nonsense, Jungkookie. You'll take the bed and I'll take the sofa." I explain with a smile before returning to going into the bedroom.

"Don't even bother trying to argue, Kookie. He's far too stubborn for that shit. You're outta luck." I hear Tae chuckle as he informs the younger boy.
