o SIS (MI6) SI – The United Kingdom’s organization responsible for handling all business regarding Gifted Citizens. International/domestic intelligence organization.
o Gifted Citizen – The socially acceptable/legal term for someone with unexplained powers. Used with in the United Kingdom.
o Gift – The socially acceptable/legal term for unexplained powers. Used within the United Kingdom.
o Prizrak Rytsarya – The Russian Federation’s organization responsible for handling all business regarding Prizrak. Military organization with civil responsibilities.
o Prizrak – The socially acceptable/legal term for someone with unexplained powers. Used within the Russian Federation.
o Vlast’ – The socially acceptable/legal term for unexplained powers. Used within the Russian Federation.
o Chelovek – The unofficial term for normal person, used by Prizrak.
o CIA Special Operations – The United States of America’s organization responsible for handling all business regarding Extrasensory Americans. International/domestic intelligence organization.
o Psionic Rangers – An elite unit of the United States Army Rangers, limited to telepaths and psionics, founded by Colonel Murroh Lytton.
o Extrasensory Americans – The socially acceptable/legal term for someone with unexplained powers. Used within the United States of America.
o Ability, Power – The socially acceptable/legal terms for unexplained powers. Used within the United States of America.
Russian Classification of Vlast’
o Protiv – Mental vlast’ of any variety.
o Telo – Vlast’ improving or coming from the human body.
o Priroda – Elemental vlast’ or those that modify biological or chemical make-up.
o Tayna – A place holder grouping for vlast’ manifestations that do not easily fit into other groupings, or yet to have similar manifestations to form their own groupings.
American Classifications of Abilities
o Mental Ability – Mental powers, usually telepathic/psionic or telekinetic
o Physical Ability – Powers that improve or affect the human body.
o Elemental Ability – Powers that have an elemental manifestations.
o Under Review – Powers that cannot easily be classified into other groupings, or yet have similar powers to form their own groupings.
United Kingdom Classifications of Gifts
o The United Kingdom does not classify gifts by grouping similar manifestation, but by energy level and potential danger level. Each registered gifted citizens is evaluated during training, and given their level. The classification may change with behavior.
