In the dark corner,
There's a sad loner,
Thinking she can't do any best,
Thinking she's a mess
With a negative mind,
Finding someone to listen,
But don't know where to find,
Because she's too frightened,
Frightened to be rejected,
Because she's not perfect.
But there is someone who is willing to listen,
Willing to be with her,
Willing to accept her imperfections,
Willing to give her affection,
Willing to be with her,
And tell her she's not alone,
Because He is with her,
But who is this person?
Who will not leave her broken?
Oh I know! The Lord!
Who created us,
Who gave us life,
Who love us,
And never ever left us hanging,
And with that,
She said "I am not alone".
