I was a quarter of the way home, when a black convertible pulls up next to me. The door opens and Four gets out."What are you doing?" he asked."Nothing. Just walking home, why?" I reply."Are you busy?" He says back, leaving my question un-answered."No," I say quickly, "good then get in the car. Were going somewhere." I don't argue, I'm actually quite thankful, because it means I don't have to go home straight away and see Alec.
Once in the car and buckled up, Four starts speading down the road. Awkwardly, I sit in the passenger seat staring out the window, hoping Four will speak up. As if reading my mind, Four quietly says, "I thought you get driven to and from school?" although its more of a question."I do, but I wasn't up for a ride today." He looks at me confused."My brothers were fighting and I didn't want to be apart of it" I explained."Oh," is all he said.
We drove for a while, sitting in the comfortable silence, until finally."Where are we going, Four?" I asked, he doesn't answer, instead he just stares at the road ahead."Hello? Four? I asked you a question you know." Nothing.'Wow! what is it with this guy, is he bipolar or something.' I thought to myself. I heard low chuckles coming from beside me, I slowly turn my head."No, I'm not bipolar Beatrice. I just don't feel the need to answer your question," Four said, whilst still chuckling."I said that out loud didn't I?" I asked, a light blush covering my cheeks. Four just nods."Hmmm," I hummed resting my head against the window, closing my eyes I thought.' I might as well sleep, if I'm going to be in this car for god knows how long," at that my eyes shut, and I fall into a dreamless sleep.
