Not long after having run into that boy from the flower shop, the 3 friends headed their own way. "Ahh! I have to get home and do my homework. I still have that Chemistry final to study for." Sojin sighs in a loud voice. "Oh my goodness! I forgot about that! That's tomorrow?" Yeri gasps. "Yes, Yeri! It's tomorrow! I can't believe you forgot!" Yenon tells her. She whines as Sojin laughs at her. Yenon laughs with her, as they walk. "I studied earlier. But, I need to study for it more. It's going to be more difficult than the one last week, for sure. I want to try my best on it." She says, sighing to herself. "Me too. We all got to try our best!" Sojin says. "You know what we should do if we all get passing grades?" Yeri says, cutting in. "What?" Yenon wonderz. "If we all pass, we should totally go out to treat ourselves to a really nice and big meal tomorrow!" Yeri says, with a big grin. "That sounds amazing! I'm in for it!" Sojin says, nodding. "Wow, me too!" Yenon says happily.
After agreeing to that, they all stop on the sidewalk. "I'll see you tomorrow! Love you!" Sojin says and waves. "Bye!" Yeri calls. "Bye guys!" Yenon says. She watches as they go their separate ways. She smiles and continues walking home. She hums to herself, looking in the windows of shops as she goes. She stops at a corner and hears her phone ring. She pulls it out of her pocket. It was Mom. "Hey, mom!" Yenon answers the phone. "Hey sweetie! Did you have fun with your friends?" She asks. "I did! I'm on my way home, now. I'm going to continue studying for my final tomorrow." She lets her know. She looks both ways on the street, before walking across. "Alright, honey. Just wanted to check on you. I'll see you in a bit." Her mother says. "Of course, Mom." Yenon smiles. They say their goodbyes, and she hangs up.
After getting home, Yenon greets her parents who were in the kitchen. They were preparing dinner. After they greet her back, she heads down the hall to her room. She shuts the door behind her, clicking on the light. "Time to get some more studying in before dinner. Then after dinner, I'll do some more studying then get to bed." Yenon sighs and flops onto her bed, picking up her study book. She lays back on her bed and begins her study session. She knew it would be a long night. But, Yenon was set on acing that final tomorrow. So it's worth it.
