The next morning, the three girls had just finished getting ready for school. Once they had grabbed their bags, they left Sojin's place. Luckily, she didn't live too far from the school either. Yenon walks behind her two friends, while they chat away about what they should do after school today. She usually took part in that conversation. This time, she didn't feel like it. She was still upset. "Yenon.. come on. Cheer up, please?" Yeri asks her, stopping to stand by her friend. Sojin stopped as well, placing a hand on her back. Yenon stops and sighs. "Yeri, I can't just cheer up. Hyunjin is my friend. He's OUR friend. And you expect me to just get over the fact that he was part of the fight that happened?" Yenon tells her friend.
Yeri was quiet for a minute before speaking. "I think you should just get over it. It's been a week already. Besides, Hyunjin was kind of annoying anyway. He was always around us and he was always so loud. It's nice to have the quiet. As for you, you just need to stop being sad. You hardly even knew him anyways." She finally says. "Yeri!" Sojin snaps at her and pushes her gently. "What! I'm serious! She has no reason to be sad!" Yeri says back.
Yenon scoffs and looks away. "Whatever. Go take your fake ass somewhere else. I've always disliked you anyway. I can't believe I let Sojin convince me to let you start hanging out with us." Yenon snaps at her. She shoves past her friends and walks off. Yeri gasps at Yenon's words. She watches the girl walk off. Sojin sighs and glares at Yeri. "Nice job." She says and walks off as well, leaving the small girl behind. After a minute, she slowly follows after.
Yenon got to the school before the other two. The second she turns the corner, she saw the 5 boys who went to school with her. She stops and stares at them. Hyunjin looked really upset. He had a small bottle of banana milk in his hand. He had a small pout on his lips, while drinking it. The other 4 were talking but, he wasn't taking part. How was she going to avoid them? She chews on her lip. She'll just walk past them. If they try to talk to her, she'll keep walking.
She takes a deep breath, before walking towards the gates. She walks past the boys, stepping on campus. "Yenon! Wait!" Jisung suddenly called out to her. She almost stopped, but she didn't. She forced herself to keep walking. It's what they want, Yenon. It's for the best. That's what she kept telling herself, in order to keep going.
The 5 boys watch as she disappears into the building. Hyunjin frowns and looks down at the ground, sighing. "Oh..." Jisung frowns as she had ignored him. Seungmin sighs loudly. "I really miss her company. Changbin is so mean!" He whines and drops his head on Jisung's shoulder. "I'm thankful that she's gone. She was annoying. I'm going to class." Felix says and walks onto campus. Jeongin said nothing and followed Felix. The 3 boys watched them leave. "Ugh, they're rude and mean, too!" Seungmin huffs. After a minute of silence, the 3 of them headed to class as well.
