~DURING 4TH HOUR~
Felix stood in the school's library, as Jeongin searched for a book needed for a project that had been assigned in his 3rd hour class. The older watches as the younger huffs in frustration, unable to find the book he needed. Felix rolled his eyes and walks into a different aisle, to help his friend find the book. Jeongin mumbles under his breath, walking into the aisle in front of him. He sees a girl standing at the other end, holding a book. "Ah! Noona! Would you help me look for a book? I can't find it anywhere." He asks, walking up to her. Yenon stops and looks over to see Jeongin standing beside her. "Ugh," was all she responded with. Jeongin recognized that it was Yenon he asked for help. "Tsk. Jinjja.." He sighs and looks away from her. Yenon rolls her eyes and faces him. "What book do you need help finding?" She crosses her arms. "Nothing. Don't worry about it. I'll go ask the librarian." He snaps at her. "She isn't here right now. She stepped out for a minute. But, you could always the class president. You know, that annoying guy who thinks he runs the school." Yenon shrugs and turns away from the younger. She puts away the book she had been looking at. She hums and walks out of the aisle. "Yah yah! No, he's annoying! Fine, you can help me." Jeongin says quickly, grabbing her hand and pulling her back into the aisle. Yenon smiles and goes back to her annoyed face, before turning back to him. "Fine. What book is it, that you need?" She asks him. "A book for a project in my 3rd hour class. The teacher said we need to do a board on the Renaissance era." Jeongin explains, scratching the back of his neck. "Did you even look in the History section?" Yenon asks him. "Um... No.." Jeongin mumbles, looking away in shame. She sighs and shakes her head. Of course he didn't. Just before she could say anything, the two of them were interrupted.
Felix walks up to the two of them. Felix glares at Yenon, who looked back in confusion. She recognized him. He was in her parents' shop that day as well. That boy who had wispy Auburn hair, and freckles dusting his cheeks and nose. Why was he glaring at her? She didn't know why. She didn't do anything to make him upset, did she? Felix looks at Jeongin. "Did you find the book?" He asks. The depth of his voice, shocked Yenon. She couldn't help her mouth dropping open slightly. She never heard him speak that day. Plus, nobody she's met at school, has a voice that deep. "No. She offered to help. But, she said to check the History section. Which makes sense. So, I'll check there." Jeongin shrugs casually. "Well, hurry up. Before the bell rings and we'll be late to our last class." Felix says and waves the younger in the direction of the History section. The younger left them, leaving Yenon and Felix alone in the aisle.
The two look at each other. Yenon could see the annoyance on his face. This was awkward. "Can I ask why you're glaring at me, annoyed? Have I done something? I don't even know you." Yenon asks softly. "None of your business. Don't worry about it." Felix says to her, in a snappy voice. He spoke in English. He had an Australian accent. Like that one guy who saved her from the car. She frowns at his attitude and shoots him a glare. This boy was really annoying her. "Don't be rude to me." She says and crosses her arms. "I can do what I want." Felix snaps again. "Well, you're annoying. Go somewhere else." She snaps backs. Felix stands there, a bit shocked by her response. Nobody has spoken to him like that before. He admired that, but it also annoyed him more than he already was.
Felix reaches out and shoves her back some. Yenon stumbles some. "Hey! Don't push me!" She huffs at him. All he did was smirk at her. "Or what?" He chuckles and crosses his arms. She suddenly hits him in the stomach. Felix lets out a yell and grabs his middle, bending over. He groans at the pain. "That's what! Do it again! See what happens!" Yenon snaps, glaring at him. Felix straightens, sighing. "You hit hard for a girl." He mumbles. He only got a scoff in response. "Shut up. You're funny looking." She says. "Hey-!" Felix snaps at her. He shoots her a glare. She glares back. An uncomfortable silence fell between the two of them.
Jeongin returned to the aisle, holding his book. He stops, seeing and feeling the tension in the air as the two glare at each other. "Uhh.. I found the book I needed." Jeongin says, breaking their silence. "Great. Let's go. Hurry up." Felix says and grabs his friend's arm gently. "B-but I-" "Hurry up!" Felix yells, cutting him off. Jeongin huffs and walks out of the aisle. He was wanting to thank her, but Felix wasn't allowing that. Yenon glares at Felix's back. She takes a book off the shelf and throws it with all her might, at the back of his head. Only to miss. She watches as the book smacks the class president right in the face. The poor boy yells and falls back, hitting the floor with a loud crash. Yenon gasps, covering her mouth in fear. Oops. She sees Felix laugh at her failed attempt to aim for his head. Him and Jeongin leave the library. Yenon grabs her bag and quickly runs out of the library, before the president could realize it was her doing of throwing the book.
