Parents and Scars

Jess P.O.V (Now will be Jess, not Aphmau)

I woke up to someone yelling at me. I got up and pinned them down. I looked at who it is and saw my husband there.

I got up off of him and pulled him up off the ground.

"I forgot how much you hate to be woken up. But, we need to leave in 10 minutes," he said.

I nodded and ran to the bathroom. I brushed my hair and did my make up. I put on a purple tank top, black jeans, my high heel boots, and my leather jacket.

I got out of the bathroom and saw Sly ready. He is wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans, black boots, and a leather jacket.

I told him to go down to the garage while I went to get the kids ready. I went down to their room and saw them in their pajamas still. Sly said that they have already eaten, which is good. I got them changed, and may I just say, they look adorable. Justin is wearing a white button-up and light blue jeans. He is also wearing his sneakers. Divina is wearing a white tank-top, red and white plaid button-up thats not buttoned, and blue jean shorts. She is also wearing her sneakers.

We went to the underground garage and went over to my motorcycles. We put on our helmets and got on. I had Justin sit in front of me and on the other bike, Divina sat in front of Sly. We drove off to the hall. When we got there, Castor was waiting for us. Sly, Castor, and I smirked.

Castor drove into the Hall with us following. We parked right in front of our parents who were just shocked. We all got off, Sly and I helping our kids and went up to our parents. They gave us all a hug.

When we pulled away I saw mom and dad smiling. I looked over at Sly to see him being hugged to death by an emotional Tony, which surprised me. I looked over at Castor to see him hugging his younger sister, Lila and his brothers, Nathaniel and Cooper. His mom, Laura, and his dad, Clint a.k.a the original Hawkeye, were smiling.

I looked and saw the rest of the Avengers and their kids are here as well. Auntie Nat and Uncle Bruce are here with there daughter Scarrlet. And Uncle Steve is here with his adopted daughter Gracie.

We all caught up for a little while until my parents realized something, "Jess, whose kids are those?"

"They are mine and Sly's. I adopted them after their mother was murdered by their father," I reply. They just nod.

We all talked for a while, just catching up.

After a while, everyone started to leave. Sly, the kids, and I got on our motorcycles and went back to Asgard.

When we got there we to sleep.

The next morning

I woke up feeling amazing! Today everyone is having a party to celebrate my and Castor's return. Kala also said something about it also being about celebrating Sly talking and coming out of his room. I don't know what that's about, but Imma asks Sly about it after breakfast.

Anyways, I woke Sly up and we went down to see that Chef Phil Ramsy is still here. He gave me a hug and told me that breakfast would be done soon.

After eating Sly, the kids, and I went to my library and read my fan fiction. We read until I couldn't wait to ask any longer, "Eddie, darling. Why did Kala say that you haven't come out of your room?"

He sighed and said, "I was depressed. I didn't find a reason to keep going without you so... I tried to kill myself. I tried 5 times. Each on the year anniversary of you disappearing. I was stopped each time. First, your friends stopped me. Then it was Kala. Then Katz. Then your parents. After that, they made me stay with them on the 5th year anniversary. But I lied and said I needed to go to the bathroom. I teleported to the top of Stark Tower. And I jumped. Luckily, my father caught me."

I nodded and asked, "What about the other 4 attempts?"

"The first one, the Bat Twins, Flash, and I were in the Gotham Batcave training. I took the gun in my weapon belt when they weren't looking, pointed it at my head, but before I could pull the trigger Laurence hit the gun out of my hand with a Baterang.
The second time Kala came to see if I was alright. She saw me hanging from my ceiling. She quickly took the rope off from around my neck. She then brought me to my father and told him to keep an eye on me.
The third time I had removed the mini arch reactor from my chest. (Same thing that happened to Tony happened to him) I was almost dead when Katz found me and put it back in my chest.
And the fourth time it almost worked. I was back at the Hall for your 4 year anniversary. I was behind the wall of rules... with my pocket knife. I had cut your name into my arms. Your father came to look for me since I was known to try to commit suicide on that day. He found me bleeding out in the ground."

When he said that the last one I felt more pain inside. I had done this to him. Just to make sure he wasn't lying I went over and rolled up his sleeves. I saw the scars of my name. I hugged him crying. It was my fault. I had done this to him.

We went back to reading. After a little while, Eddie asked, "You said you adopted the kids correct?"

"Yes, why?"

"They look an awful lot like us. Jess, tell me who they really are."

"Fine, everyone gather around, its story time," I say. The kids come closer as I begin the story.

Story Flashback

It has been a week since Castor and I have left the few. And to make matters more complicated, I am starting to show that I am pregnant. So, I did the only logical thing that I can think of, I went to my good friend from Asgard, Relica. Her name she is using on Earth is Rebecca. I told her of my predicament and what I wanted her to do. She said she would do anything for her friend and her fiance would understand.

So, we did the ritual. I transferred the kids into her being, and she would care for them until the time was right for me to take them back. Her fiance asked if there were any names I had in mind. I said their father had always wanted a boy named Justin and I always wanted a girl named Divina. They said that would be their names. I thanked them and left. Not seeing my kids again until the day of Relica's death.

Story Flashback End

"So, let me get this straight, you got pregnant with our kids at 19, left because of Loki, and transferred their beings into Relica because you were starting to show your pregnancy. Does anyone else know this?" Eddie asks still trying to process what I told them. The kids were hugging me saying that they knew that I was their mom and the mean man wasn't their father.

"Castor knew because he is like my brother. I trusted him with a lot of secrets when we ran away," I tell Eddie calmly.

He turns to the kids and says, "Well, they are the most perfect children ever and my father will kill us both for keeping this from him."
