The sun was bright and shining, birds chirping and a slight breeze in the air, making it a perfect day to be outside.
I and Lucy sat under the tree in the garden, reading some books I had brought with me from the library.

The night went by fast and I slept peacefully, fortunately, and I didn't have any more dreams before Mrs.Macready practically dragged me out of bed, so I could make the Professor breakfast. After that, she shooed me out of the kitchen so I could have the profit of cleaning the stables and feeding the horses...

To be honest isn't that the stable boys' job.?.. but oh well.. the day was beautiful and spending time with the horses are way better than with cranky old Macready.

Later on, I had found Lucy sulking to herself in the library while her siblings were outside. Knowing she didn't want to talk to her siblings I picked out a book for her, one for me, and took Lucy with me outside.
Even though she didn't want to play with them, it couldn't hurt spending some time outside this beautiful day. Plus I think she really enjoyed the book.

Peter: "And Peter winds up, poised to take yet another wicket..."

The other Pevensies were in the middle of a game of cricket. I'm not a very sporty person myself, but I like to see the children having fun. And who knew the game would take such an interesting turn...

'Peter throws the ball and it hits Edmund in the leg'
Bringing him back to the land of the living.

Edmund: "Ow!"

Peter: "Whoops! Wake up, Dolly Daydream!" He says with not so little sarcasm.

Edmund: "Why can't we play hide-and-seek again?"

A little shocked to hear Ed's confessions both I and Lucy looks up from our books to see how things play out.

Peter: "I thought you said that it was a kid's game."

Susan: "Besides, we could all use the fresh air."

Agreeing with Susan I bring my attention back down to my book. It's about this forbidden love affair and it's both beautiful and heart-wrenching.

Edmund: "Not like there isn't air inside."

Peter (to Edmund): "Are you ready?" Peter says a little Taunting as he gets ready to throw again.

Edmund: "Are you?"

Edmund smacks his bat on the ground and gets ready to hit the ball.
Peter gets into position and pitches the ball. It bounces and Edmund with surprisingly much force whacks it good and it smashes through an upstairs window.

Startled by the loud crash I look to the children, before looking at the window... and back at the children.. all of them meeting my eyes with an expression of fear and shock.

Suddenly composing ourselves we all sprint in and up the stairs until we all stand before the cracked and broken window on the second floor. The children are all looking at the broken window and the suit of armor on the floor.

Peter: "Well done, Ed!"

"You bowled it!"

With a sigh, I try to calm them down. "It won't solve anything by blaming each other-"

Before I can continue we all hear the sound of angry clicks down the hall

Susan: "The Macready!"

Peter: "Run!"
And that's what we do.

We all run around the house looking for a place to hide before we end up entering the wardrobe room. Edmund is the one who runs up to the wardrobe and opens the door
