They had heard the rumors, and even though they had all grown up, they had yet to shed the lust for adventures.

The Pevensies were waiting by their horses. Peter already seated and ready to go, his golden har framing his head like the mane of a lion.
Susan and Edmund were still readying their horses, while Lucy was pacing back and forth. Clearly, she had taken more to Peter's restlessness as she grew up.

Anna patted over the courtyard to meet them.

"Has any of you kids seen my pendant?" She huffed out, after looking around the castle for the majority of the day she had finally given up and decided to ask the siblings.

Lucy stopped her pacing and went to meet the lioness, "Why? I thought you never took it off?" She gave her a hug before going back and finally seating herself up on her horse. "Is that why you took so long?"

Anna growled irritated, "Yes and honestly I wasn't sure I'd come at all. I mean honestly, Peter, don't you have a council meeting in the evening?"

Like a scolding mother, she turned to 'her' eldest. Who only met her gaze scowl with a sheepish smile. "well, yes, but I figured if we're quick to catch the white stag I'll be able to make it back before then. Besides, relax Ann, I think a run would do good for your mood." He winked at her. Puffing out her chest, she let out a long sigh. Perhaps he was right.

Finished Susan turned to her second favorite female confidante. "I agree with Peter, getting outside of the brick walls would do us all some good. When we get back I'll help you look for the pendant, but like Lucy said you hardly take it off, why aren't you wearing it in the first place?"

Edmund turned to Anna with a frown, "Now that I think about it you didn't have it yesterday either."

"And that's exactly why." Anna turner her attention back to Susan. "I went hunting with Edmund yesterday, and I rarely bare it when I do so. On patrols too. I take it off so I have a lesser chance of losing it."

Shaking the ugly feeling off she turned to Peter. "I'm sure I'll find it when I get back. Now if you wish to catch the stag I think we'd better hurry" And with that, she bound past them and out the gates.

"Hey" Peter took off after her, with the rest of the Pevensies not far behind him.

"That's cheating!"

The pursue has so far been without much luck, and they were now far into the forest when Edmund slows down.

Edmund: "You alright Philip?"

Philip tries to catch his breath as he turns slightly to look at Ed. "Not as young as I once was."

Susan: "Come on, Ed!"

Edmund: "Just catching my breath."

Susan: "Well that's all we'll catch at this rate."

Lucy: "What did he say again, Susan?"

Susan: "You girls wait in the castle, I'll get the stag myself!"

Edmund grumbled as the girls laughed among themselves.

Anna was panting slowly as she too tried to catch her breath. While she refused to be called old, she could feel the years creeping up on her. Standing beside Peter she looked around the forest. Taking in the atmosphere as the siblings bickered among themselves. When she spotted something.
