A one sided fight

Dahyun's POV

I woke up next to the hallway I can see light from the end which means the courtyard is nearby.

Tzuyu!

As I was running towards the courtyard, a figure went in front of me, they had a mask!

"Now where do you think you're scurrying off to, rat?"

Rat?

I summoned my shadow suit while she made her hands glow an eerie rainbow colored light.

She darted towards me and tried to punch and kick me several times, damn, she's fast!

"You can't catch a shadow!" I said as I went around her to punch her.

?!

She grabbed my hand?! But how?!

"You were saying? Now where were we?"

She punched me in the stomach, not that it matters, I can't feel a thing when my shadow protects me!

I tried to kick her in the mask but she cartwheeled away.

"No dice!" I confidently said.

....?!

I started to feel weak, my stomach started to feel cold, once I looked down, the darkness... covering my stomach... it's gone!

My darkness is slowly disappearing! What the hell did she do?!

"Surprised? That's the power of aura, everyone has aura, even a rat like you, I just have a lot of it. In this world, there are just some people that are better than you in every way. You just met her."

I won't give up!

I created two shadow clones and threw them at her as rings of darkness!

"Hahaha, you still think you have a chance against me? Idiot!" 

She kicked upwards and made a ring of rainbow-colored energy that completely vaporized my dark rings and hit me.

All I remember is me, face first on the ground. Damn, my whole body hurts, the darkness covering my body is completely gone.

She stepped on the back of my head!

"You're not worth my time, why don't I just send you to where you belong, the shadows."

Tzuyu's POV

I found myself in one of the courtyards. When I suddenly heard footsteps behind me.

"Who's there?!" I summoned my sword.

"Chou Tzuyu, heiress of the Chou Forge Company."

It was a figure in a mask.

"You left your family because you didn't want to inherit the business. Then you found yourself in the mercenary group Twice."

"Are you done with my backstory?" I said as I readied my sword.

"It's better to cut those ties completely, than just leave them." She revealed her legs, which were covered in metal!

Her legs clashed with my sword, just as I thought, those metal legs aren't just for show!

"Your family will never stop being a thorn in your side, they will take advantage of you, break you heart, and cripple your freedom. It's better to be alone. It's better to leave them for dead."
