"Ali! Kanina ka pa tulala d'yan!"
I glanced at Reign who is currently staring at me, confused. "Are you alright?" she asked. I just nodded. "Okay. What drink will you get ba?"
"Black tea with cold foam and coffee jelly please."
"Sige. Sure ka bang ayos ka lang? You seem matamlay kasi. Ask the girls for assistance papuntang condo. I'll just catch up and bring our orders na lang do'n," Reign said as she placed her hand on my forehead.
"I'm fine. There's no need for me to go back there. Masakit lang talaga ang ulo ko. Sabihan ko na lang si Thea na samahan ka rito. Thank you," I calmly said.
As soon as I went to our table, I asked Thea to accompany Reign and tried to take a nap. I can still hear my friends asking each other kung ano'ng nangyari sa akin.
"Napa'no?" Fiona asked.
"Baka naman inaantok. Tulog din muna ako," Bella replied. "Uk*nam, wala akong kausap!"
"E 'di, matulog ka rin!"
The two shouted endlessly, so I ended up telling them to stop because their noise might bother other customers here in this café. Just in time, Reign and Thea went back to our table and served the drinks we ordered.
Reign grabbed my hand and handed out something. When I glanced at it, I saw a paracetamol. On the other hand, Thea gave me a bottle of water.
"Inumin mo 'yan," Thea said while pointing at the paracetamol kaya naman ininom ko na siya.
I am Alisha Kelsie Andres, a nursing student, and these amazing people I'm with are my best friends.
When it comes to friendships, I think I am very lucky. Uhm, screw that. I am blessed. I've been through a lot. I had toxic friends too, but these four girls were the ones who stayed. I've been friends with them since we were kids.
When we were in high school, we planned to study here in Baguio for college. We also saved money just to buy our own condo. Thea, Fiona, and I are currently studying in SLU. Balak kasing magdoktor nilang dalawa. She often visits us here in Baguio para makabawi raw siya.
"Hoy, Bella, kumusta ka? Balita ko na-ghost ka na naman, ah?" Fiona said, laughing.
Bella glared at our friend and started to hit her.
"Palibhasa, ikaw, Fiona, wala kang love life!"
"Bakit, ikaw? Meron ka rin ba?" Fiona barked back. Reign and I laughed. "Tawa ka d'yan, Ali. Kumusta kayo ni Jacob?" "G*go!" I hit her shoulder. "May dyowa na."
All of them laughed at me. I grabbed my car keys and my black tea and stood up.
"Bahala kayo d'yan. Uuwi na ako. Mag-taxi na lang kayo. Hindi ko na kayo babalikan dito!" I said, half-joking.
"Grabe, nagbibiro lang, eh!" Napakamot ng ulo si Fiona. "May dyowa na si Jacob?" tanong ni Reign at tumango na lang ako. "Ah, sana all."
"Ul*l, sana all daw. Hindi mo kasi sinagot si Dave noon." Thea laughed at Fiona.
"On the second thought, let's go to your condo na pala, Alisha! Iwan na natin ang mga 'to." Inis na kinuha ni Reign ang kamay ko kaya nagtawanan na naman kami.
Right after drinking, we went to the parking area.
