"I believe the reasons for not shipping it amount to a total of two things. One, they ship one of the involved party with someone else, personal preference comes in to play here. Two, they either don't ship everyone in some way, very understandable, or they just don't like the ship for some reason, also understandable. I personally support this ship quite a lot. "I respect your ship even thought I dislike it. Here are a few reasons why I may not like the ship? 1. It's too overused and too common.
2. It sort of... Ruins a good friendship? I mean, I honestly prefer for Katsuki and Kiri to be friends over them being in a full-on relationship
3. A lot of the Kiribaku fans suck (no offense), honestly. They're always shoving their ship into your face and it's just annoying as hell. They're always saying shit like "OUR SHIP IS CANON AND YOUR SHIP IS NOT uwu", when they don't have any actual evidence to be shown of their ship actually being canon?
4. Kiribaku fans act too overly confident about their ships, It's to the point of them acting incredibly... Cocky about it, I suppose? I don't know, KBBK fans can be just.. super annoying sometimes, and KatsuDeku fans can be like that too (I'm a HUGE Katsudeku shipper lmao, but I know that we can be pretty annoying too when it comes to that shit).
5. It bothers me when fans of this ship show "evidence" of the ship being canon when It's really not? Like, come on... Is that really evidence or are you guys just completely taking any Kirishima and Bakugou moment out of context?„ -𝙩𝙤𝙮𝙠𝙤𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙨
𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜:this ship is honestly just amazing, it's overrated, but still amazing. this ship for some reason gives me some sense of clarity and hope. it just reminds me that even people like Bakugo can still find a person like Kirishima. Kirishima has helped Bakugo for the better, he has taught him that it's manly to be emotional, he taught him that he doesn't need to keep up this hostile act all the time, and he also taught him that he is loved and cared for by more people than he thinks. good ship.
