“What the fuck, Byun?!” Chen managed to calm himself down by drinking some water. In front of him stood the high-key embarrassed and guilty Baekhyun. Chen was becoming more and more enraged as he sat onto his chair, face continuing to glow in red.

“Okay, calm down daenosaur. I couldn't think of anything else besides that! Plus, Suho hyung and I wanted to introduce you to the couple, so I did and I wanted to keep them interested on you--”

“So, you're saying that I'm not interesting alone?” Chen asked, cocking one eyebrow as he glared darkly into Baekhyun.

“Aniyo! That's not it!” Baekhyun irritatingly repied. He was trying his best to explain what he did to Chen and Suho, but he's failing badly because what he says just offends the other male.

The door to their office then flew wide open as Suho and Chanyeol came sprinting inside. The former was horrible sweating from the announcement Baekhyun told Yixing and his girlfriend earlier. His eyes then met Chen's, making him sweat even more, face turning completely red as a tomato. Suho avoided the glance and looked down to the marble floor.

Baekhyun made a peace sign and nervously laughed while looking at Suho,

“Baekhyun!! What made you say that? Now, Yixing and Lingxi actually asked me about our monthsary and I just straight up made a fake one.” Suho whined before he dramatically threw himself on the chair beside Chen.

The younger one eyed Baekhyun in a really "bitchy" manner, if you could call it like that. He put both of his hands on his forehead and creased his eyebrows before shaking his head. He was hesitant to look at the other male beside him, but he did it anyways.

“H-Hyung, I'm so sorry. You got into trouble because of what Chanyeol's boyfriend told your friends. I'm really sorry.”

Chen placed his right hand above Suho's shoulder, the latter looking back at him awkwardly.

“No. It's not your fault, trouble seems to find me anywhere. I'm sorry, too. I should've just been the one who introduce you,” The older male replied before giving Baekhyun a deadly glare, “As for you Mr. Byun, why though?”

Here comes the question that Baekhyun never thought would come and never wanted to happen, but here it is now.  Actually, he doesn't know the answer to this either. Hence he ended up replying fake excuses.

“So it could be a triple date! I mean they're a couple, Chanyeol and I are a couple, but you two- you guys aren't. To break the slightly awkward atmosphere, I thought of introducing Chen as your boyfriend! What could possibly go wrong? I can make up stories like you too broke up a week after! Don't worry hyung. And please don't kill me!! I'm good, I promise.”

He kneels in front of the two with pleading eyes.

"That sounds absurd," Chen sighed heavily, shaking his head slowly before eventually looking at his hyung, Suho. The look was a questioned one, like asking "Should I forgive him?"

The older doesn't have to make a move to clarify his answer. As much as Chen doesn't want to forgive Baekhyun this time, his decision depends on his hyung's.

"Fine, you are forgiven this time. But only this time, you little piece of shit." The half enraged man said before leaving the room, slamming the door using his full force which sound echoed throughout the room where the couple and the oldest stayed for a while.

To be honest, Chen wasn't that mad at all. Well to say the least, the word 'mad' doesn't describe his emotions at the moment accurately. He was just a little- no, very irritated at Baekhyun.

Why was he acting like that? Simple because he was scared of Suho being mad at him. They just met and was just slowly getting closer to one another, and he doesn't want to ruin their slowly evolving friendship just because of the fake relationship Baekhyun spreaded.

The day had passed that easily. Everyone was off to leave work except for one hardworking worker— that of course is Suho himself. He was back at it again, staying late at work and doing more of his duty in advance so he can get more money from it. The more you spend time working in the office, the more money you'll get when payday comes. He'll admit, being alone in the workplace is slightly frightening him. There were several rumors spreaded by his co-workers, some saying that the building was once an abandoned one before getting renovated into what they call their workplace now. Some even say that it was once cemetery. But then again, they are just rumors and you'll never know if they are true by just basing on your own judgment.

Suho's mind was slowly drifting away from reality, going onto the fantasy state. He was already dreaming though he was awake. This caused Suho to type the words he was encoding for his paper inaccurately without him even realizing. His spirit was slowly falling asleep, and his eyes were struggling to stay wide open.

Later on, after a few minutes had passed, Suho noticed something wrong— something uncanny. He heard the door creaking, and it felt like he was being watched by someone. From the corner of his raven eyes, he sees a silhouette of an anonymous person. However, everytime he turns his head towards that direcion to see if somebody is truly watching him, he sees none. The feeling of being watched disturbed him and brought his spirit back to life. Nevertheless, Suho still continued doing his work. Type here, type there.

It was tiring and he already wanted to give up, but he can't. And not that he's not allowed to— everyone was allowed to leave at 11 pm but if some workers wanted to stay, they are allowed to as well. He just wanted to prove something to himself, prove that he can work harder so he could meet his parents' expectations. He also wanted to get more money as said earlier. He even created his own daily schedule at work wherein it states that he would go to work at 7 AM and leave at 1 AM. He's the main reason of his own ‘suffering.’

Suho yawned loudly and stretched his arms like an awakened kitten as he moved his chair away from the screen. His eyes felt like they were burning, so he closed them for a while, telling himself that he would only take a short nap. Five minutes.

Unfortunately, he heard something break from the other side of the room— the side where no lights were visible because they were turned off by the workers who left. But it didn't made Suho open his eyes, not until he heard the 'click' sound of the lights opening.

His spirit automatically rose to alert level and due to the fear he can no longer handle, Suho accidentally kicked the table in front of him, causing his chair to move even further until it fell because of the weight above it. It fell on the ground with a loud thud, along with Suho who is now fully awake.

"Not again." He murmured, touching the back of his head and specifically the part of it which hit the floor. The vague pain made him groan loudly as he then turns to look in front.

Suho instantly stopped his movements when he sees a silhoutte of a man walking towards his direction— a man who came from the dark side of the room. Shit was his immediate reaction as he crawled backwards, unable to move properly as his heart started beating irregularly. His breath also started to hitch while he'd imagined what kind of demon he would meet.

Not too long, his back hit the glass window of the building, leaving no space for Suho to crawl backwards anymore. He stood up as quick as he can and started running away from the silhoutte, only to trip on one of the computer wires.

Suho earned a small bruise on his face due to the tripping. And as soon as he got his strength to stand up, he hastily ran away, leaving the building. He was obviously terrified.
