Act 1:3 " To whom also He shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God "
Yes, Jesus did die on the cross for us. He was buried for 3 days. As dead as dead can be. And then He was raised from the dead..speaking to hundreds and hundreds of people for 40 days until He finally ascended into Heaven. This is the kind of proof God loves to give people. He wants people to trust in Him and know He is real. The evidence for the resurrection is a terrific study. It will increase your faith greatly.
A praise and a prayer. You are such a loving God to give us such wonderful reasons to trust in You. You don't want us to have one doubt in our soul. Thank You for caring so much for us. I pray that anyone reading this would be encouraged to trust in You. That they like myself would be encouraged by all the incredible...EVIDENCE.
