Quarantined (Part 3)

Toni's POV

I woke up, my vision was a little blurry as the sunlight itched my eyes. I rubbed my eyes and looked over to my side since I had felt warmth over there. Cheryl was sleeping sound, her red hair cascading over her naked body and the pillows. That's when I realized I was naked too.

The memory from last night hit and made me think of how good my first time was. I'm glad Cheryl was the one who got to take my virginity and not someone else who would not make me feel as special as Cheryl makes me feel, because I think she may be the love of my life.

I smiled at a sleeping Cheryl before getting up and putting on clothes. I made my way downstairs and saw Archie making breakfast but instead of his happy personality, since he's a bit of a morning bird, he looked sad. Down and depressed.

"Hey, Arch." I greeted him. "Are you okay? You look kinda down."

"Hey, T." He greeted back before looking down. "And to answer your question... no, I'm not okay. Veronica and I broke up."

"Oh, man that sucks. Why?" I asked. Archie is one of my best friends and I felt bad for him. Maybe he and Veronica weren't meant to be.

"Well, I walked in on her about to kiss Sweet Pea." Archie sighed.

Oh, god.

"But as mad as I want to be, I can't. I'm happy for her." Archie said. "But maybe it's for the best."

I nodded. "Yeah maybe."

Cheryl's POV

Couple of hours later

I was outside of the Lodge talking to Betty, Kevin, Veronica and Josie. And some how it quickly turned from 0-100 real quick.

"So, you and Toni finally had sex, huh?" Veronica smirked as she took a sip from her glass of orange juice.

"Wait that was Toni and Cheryl?!" Kevin gasped. "Damn, I thought it was Veronica and Archie."

"Uh, yeah about that." Veronica scratched the back of her neck. "Me and Archie broke up... and I'm dating Sweet Pea."

Whoa, what the hell?

"Isn't that a little too fast, V? You just broke up with Archie." Betty complained. "It just doesn't seem that relationship has much potential if you guys are dating after what... you just broke up with Archie like less than a day ago?"

"Yeah, I know... I'm just... I love Sweet Pea." Veronica shrugged.

I don't know how I feel about this, to be honest. But I just kept my mouth shut.

Toni's POV

I was on the couch sitting and talking with the boys except for Archie who was in his room.

"So, I'm dating Veronica now." Sweet Pea gloated. He's gotten really cocky lately.

"What?!" Reggie practically screamed. "A Southside dating a NorthSider?! I give it a week."

"Bullshit!" Sweet Pea scoffed. "What about Toni and Cheryl?!"

"Well Toni's practically one of us. She's on the football team, dude." Reggie rolled his eyes. "But how can you think that you can really steal Andrews's girl like that?!"

"It's fine, Reggie." Archie said as he walked up to us. "Really, it's fine. And besides... I'm... Demisexual."

I swear that was like the biggest plot twist ever.

"What?" Kevin asked.

Archie nodded. "I always knew. But... I just didn't want to tell anyone because I was too afraid of coming out, I was afraid people weren't going to accept me."

"Well, we accept you Archie." Jughead chimed in.

The girls then came in. Cheryl sat on my lap while Veronica sat with Sweet Pea and Betty sat with Jug.

"Hey, babe." I greeted.

"Hey, Cha-Cha." She greeted back.

I was about to say something else but then the doorbell rang. We all looked at each other as Veronica got up to answer it.

"Andre?" Veronica asked, confused.

"Good evening, Miss Lodge. You're father wanted me to give you and your friends a ride back to Riverdale."

Thank god.
