Yea this is my first story ever, i did have it posted on quizilla, i took it down, but decided to post it here instead. sorry its soo short right now it will become longer as it continues.
Prologue
"My baby!" a woman screamed "my baby's gone!"
The couple continued to walking, clutching the infant closer as the womans screams grew softer, and softer with the distance. every step they took, their heartssilentlyfor forgiveness intheir wrong doing.
The woman stopped in her tracks.
"We have to go back," the woman cried, with tears streaming down her cheeks, "we have to give the baby back!"
"No! We must keep going," the man insisted, "the witch foretold the child to be in danger if kept there."
"we shouldn't have agreed to take the child when the witch handed her to us!" the woman protested.
"But we must.... We must for everyones survival....we must," the man replied.
A snap cut through the air.
"Quick!" the man whispered, "we must leave."
The two ran off into the shadows of the night.
