I used to live in West Virginia for about twelve years and I heard and read on my own about creatures that skulk about in the Mountain State as well as the spirits that will hopefully find peace.

According to the facultyat River Park Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia, if you want to work at River Park you should prepare for a few encounters with their resident faculty ghost. Edith Miller, a registered nurse, helped start the hospital in 1923, and employees at the hospital believe that she's still walking the halls and making sure that everything is running well.
No actual sightings have been said yet just the usual haunting signs: cold spots, hair standing on end, intense feelings, and foot steps.
