Chapter 27 ~ The Task

It was a very unexpected thing and Jimin expected Luna to kill him and not just theoretically. This is what made his smile grow. The fact that she played along giving him hope of their future.

As Luna backed away from Jimin she saw a smirk on his face and she wasn't sure whether it was because he was getting to Mark or if it was because she was finally paying some interest to him.

When Luna arrived with Mark he was already heading towards the door to get things over with. She hesitantly walked a little faster to catch up with him since she too didn't want this time to drag.

It had been a few hours and Mark and Luna didn't say a word to each other unless it was related to the task at hand. They had only found a few things from the list so far.

The List:
• A Stick ~ CHECK
• A Bottle Lid ~ CHECK
• A Waterfall ~
• A Piece Of Clothing ~ CHECK
• A Picture Of A Forrest Animal ~ CHECK

The couple had both sighed after walking for hours and not being able to find a forrest animal or a waterfall. Mark had eventually given up and didn't want to look anymore.

" I'm out I don't care if we have to cook... that means I get more time with you " Mark put his hands in his pocket with a smirk on his face.

" And that is exactly why I've not given up, I'm going to keep looking by myself " Luna rolled her eyes before walking away.

Another hour had passed and Luna had finally gotten a beautiful picture of a rabbit. She was a little surprised that she didn't startle the animal but she also wasn't complaining. Now all what she had to do was find the waterfall.

The List:
• A Stick ~ CHECK
• A Bottle Lid ~ CHECK
• A Waterfall ~
• A Piece Of Clothing ~ CHECK
• A Picture Of A Forrest Animal ~ CHECK

" Ahh one more, I can do this " She mentally encouraged herself not wanting to give up.

After waking a little further it started to get a little dark but she still carried on since losing to  Mark was the last thing she wanted. In a distance she started to hear the sound of water running.

Luna made her way closer to the sound in the hopes of it being what she thinks it is. A smile was wiped across her face as she sighs in relief. Luna had finally found the waterfall that she had been looking for.

Not waiting any longer Luna brought out her phone from her pocket and opening the camera app. Since it was dark she made sure to turn the flash on for a clear photo. Just as Luna was about to take the photo she heard a branch snap beside her.

" LUNA! "

Someone had came behind the back of Luna placing their hands on her shoulder and screaming her name. This caused Luna to scream at the top of her lungs. But that wasn't the worse part.

Luna was scared so much that she had fell into the water dragging the person with her. As they both swam up for air Luna was close enough to identify who it was.

" YAH PARK JIMIN! " She screamed his name crossing her arms in frustration.

" This wasn't my fault, I just gave you a fright... you didn't have to fall and drag me into the water " Jimin played innocently not wanting to get scolded from her.

As the two bickered back and forth the both forgotten what the most important thing was about today. Due to Luna's scare she didn't think to throw her phone to safety as she fell into the water, so now she had no evidence of a  waterfall or a forrest animal.

" What do you mean this is your fault, now I'm going to have to cook with Mark! " Luna pouted at Jimin trying to make him feel sorry.

" Listen, I didn't push you into the water! Also speaking of Mark where did go? " Jimin raises his eyebrow questioning her.

" He said ' I'm out I don't care if we have to cook... that means I get more time with you' " Luna did in mocking tone of Marks.

" We will see about that then " Jimin smirks not letting Luna see as he starts swim out of the water.
