[ skip two days later, everything has been normal, but you and johnny have been talking more often. you were at the park, as usual, watching the sunset. you felt a tap on your shoulder ]
johnny: hey y/n.
y/n: hey johnnycakes!
johnny: sodapop's birthday party is today, are you going?
y/n: i was planning on to, yes.
johnny: good, good... well um see you there?
y/n: yeah of course!
johnny: alright.
[ skip to soda's party. you walk into the party, you heard very loud music and saw a bunch of teenage girls. and there was alcohol sitting on the table. you couldn't find johnny anywhere so you asked dally where he was ]
y/n: hey dallas have you seen johnny?
dally: i don't know man, go check with pony.
y/n: ponyboy where's johnny?
ponyboy: oh johnny? he's over there on the couch.
[ you walk over to johnny ]
y/n: hey!
johnny: oh hey.
y/n: how's the party so far?
johnny: it's like any normal party.
y/n: yeah..
johnny: hey im gonna go get some water, you want any?
y/n: nah im good, thanks.
[ he walked away. you sat there for a solid 10 minutes. he never showed back up. i went to two-bit and asked him where johnny was ]
y/n: hey two-bit you see johnny anywhere?
two-bit: yeah actually i have, he went upstairs with some girl.
[ your eyes widened. you thanked him and quietly went upstairs. you heard something from behind the door. you opened it quickly. johnny cade, was kissing another girl. once he heard the door open he jumped and looked at you ]
johnny: y-y/n it's not what it-
[ you felt tears drip down your face as you ran down the stairs and out the door. you had no where to go since you aren't going back to your place. you quickly went in there, thank god johnny wasn't downstairs yet, and you asked dally if you could stay the night at his place ]
y/n: d-dally?
dally: yeah? why are you crying?
y/n: ill explain that to you later, but something bad just happened and im not staying in the lot, can i please stay the night at your place?
dally: sure man, lets head over there now.
[ you were at buck's and went upstairs ]
dally: you can sleep on the bed and ill sleep on the floor.
y/n: thank you so much dal, i owe you one.
[ you didn't get much sleep last night, you spent the majority of the night silently crying. i know he wasn't exactly mine, but we were just getting to know each other. but who am i kidding? the rules wouldn't even let me date him anyway. im still never talking to him again ]
