   Max stirred slightly as the warm embrace he fell asleep in disappeared. His head was pounding and his eyes were puffy. Max could hear faint shuffling hear and there mixed in with the occasional footsteps. He sat up rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He looked down and noticed is shirt was missing. It must have been discarded in the middle of the night. He opened his eyes, still a bit blurry, and looked around.

"Morning." Max turned is head to the pleasant voice.
Y/N faced towards the wall pulling up her shirt revealing her back and bra. Max quickly covered his face and turned away.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" He screeched. Max had never seen a girl naked before, I mean of course there was the internet but nothing in real life.

"Um changing? What are you so worked up about anyway it's not like I'm naked I still have a bra on? Plus you've already seen me naked before." Y/N was right Max had seen her naked before but that wasn't helping Max in the slightest. Max had completely forgotten he even saw her body, he wasn't even really paying any mind to it anyway.

"That doesn't help me here!" Max sighed removing his hands from his face.

   "I'm decent." Y/N called out. He turned back around face still burning. Max looked over at Y/N as she began to apply a natural colored lip gloss. He couldn't help but watch as the wand of the gloss glided effortlessly across her bottom lip. Y/N finished by rubbing her lips together and making a pop sound with her mouth. Max shuffled back and laid against the wall behind the bunk bed. Hands tangling into her hair Y/N brushed her fingers through it taking extra care to get the look just right. Max couldn't help but be curious as to why she was putting such effort into her looks today.

"Where are you headed to anyway?" He asked. Y/N looked at him with her E/C eyes.

   "Me, Neil and Nikki are gonna go out to town for some food. Y'know like to hang?" She sat down on the couch and began to put on her shoes. The laces slipped gracefully between her fingers a gesture that Max couldn't help but be mesmerized by.

   "When did you three become all chummy?" Max asked getting up himself. He felt a shiver crawl up his spine as the cold morning air it his bare torso.

   "I wanted to something nice for them since they've been sleeping in David and Gwen's cabin since the 'incident' besides I need a fresh start. Instead of just laying about wallowing in my own sadness I should get myself out there meet new people and make friends." Max walked over to the armoire grabbing one of his shirts and slipping it over his head.

   "Gross, you're actually saying something smart." The room fell into a comfortable silence as the two got ready for the day. The sound of birds chirping wafted in through the open window. It was a peaceful moment. Still there was something bugging the pair of adults. What was their relationship? The two had thought long and hard about this since the first time they had fallen asleep in one another's embrace. It was obvious that something was there but they just didn't know what. The silence continued quickly becoming uncomfortable.

   "Uh hey do you mind if I tag along? Something other than prison food sounds pretty good right now." Max was the first to break the silence.

   "Oh, no I don't mind. I was planning on dragging you with me anyways." Y/N smiled and laughed. The two finished getting ready and prepared to leave.

   Nikki burst into the room making Y/N jump.

   "Hey Y/N! Neil and I are ready to go." Y/N held her chest settling down from the sudden shock.
