Jisoo's POV

I was just sitting on my table which Chaeyoung decorated,she is super sweet 😁😁
"Jisoo"said Jung Kook
"Oh yes Dr.Jung Kook"I said
"Do you want to scrub in on a surgery?" Asked Jung Kook.
I said yes without even thinking.I mean who would say no to a surgery......I love my job.
Jung Kook and I were walking in the hallway.
I saw a person who looked like Taehyung or perhaps is Taehyung....
I wanted to confirm it but we were already in front of the patient's room.

"Jisoo this is a very rare case so I don't want you to react in front of the patient."said JungKook
"Yes Dr.JungKook I promise not to react,but can you tell me what this case is about?"I asked
"Thanks for understanding,well.....
How can I explain........so..this patient has a tumor attached externally to her abdominal region"JungKook said
"Ok......"I said
"Jisoo you will be shocked to hear this..."JungKook said
I nodded in response
"this tumor weighs 10 kilograms"said JungKook
"OH MY GOD!!"I exclaimed
"Shhhhh the patient will hear you"said JungKook putting his index finger on my lips.
"Oh sorry Dr.JungKook"I said
"It's ok Jisoo"said JungKook.
I have never heard about or seen tumors this huge.
(A/N :neither have I,guys I don't even know if tumors this big exist......I just used some of my imagination and got some info from 'Grey's anatomy' a Hollywood show ^_~)

we entered the patient's room,a lady was sitting next to her which I guess is her mom.
I tried my best not to react.
I was feeling very nervous because I would probably mess up something or other T_T
Uggghhh positivity Jisoo positivity!!!!!

JungKook squeezed my hand suddenly...not in a weird way but....I guess to comfort me.
I think he knew that I got very nervous.
He is a really sweet person even though he looked kind of cold all the time,I think he has a sweet heart.
JungKook cleared his throat and was discussing about the patient's condition while I was checking her vitals,heartbeat,blood pressure etc
(A/N : sorry guys I don't really know about medical stuff)

JungKook's POV

Jisoo was sitting on her desk thinking about something while not even noticing that I was starting at her for about five minutes.
"Jisoo"I called her
"Oh yes Dr.JungKook"she said
"Do you want to scrub in on a surgery?"I asked her
She said yes not even thinking for a second.I guess she was either bored or loved her job lol.
We both were walking in the hallway and notice her looking at some guy
Does she know him?
Is he her boyfriend?brother?ex?crush?
Ahhhhhh shut it JungKook
We reached the patient's room

Jisoo nodded in response

"It's ok Jisoo"I said not making her feel guilty.

We both went inside.I looked at Jisoo who seemed very nervous.
I squeezed her hand for her to ease her nervousness.I did it because I knew what it feels like,she seemed very surprised.
Aishhh JungKook what's with you today!!!!!.I think I made her feel very uncomfortable(T_T)

I was explaining the patient about her condition and whether or not to proceed with the surgery because it was really risky.

The patient agreed to all the terms and conditions of the surgery and also that we won't be responsible for her death if she could not survive.

Sorry guys for not updating this story for a long time.
I know that at the last chapter I kept a teaser for the next chapter
But that never happened.
Well.....I thought it would make this chapter too long hehehe
Again,sorry for not updating....I was not feeling inspired about anything and wanted to give this story up......but for all the readers I didn't and will stick to it.
This story will have many plot twists but not as serious to mess this whole story up.
