Year 29B1 Alternate Earth

You wake up to the noise outside, there were people screaming.

You are now starting to get up, but you realize that you got heavier, you now look at yourself and see that you're just wearing normal clothes, a red t-shirt and red sweatshorts. But you still wonder why they are twice as heavy.

You yawned, and rubbed your eyes. As you shift your attention to your room, it's still quite the same, nothing really changed that much, your closet is still there,  your bed,  your pillow,  Everything is still the same.

You turned to your desk to get your phone,  but to your surprise it isn't there.  There seemed to be no sign of your phone existing.

This is because our phones contains some plastics,  and without the existence of plastic, our phone becomes non-existant as well.

You went outside to feel the sun and go for a jog and admire the smell and the cleanliness everywhere.

But something's off today....  The streets are full of people hiking, there are no signs of cars, and bicycles.  There were no signs of anything for transportation.

You immediately ran to your garage but all you see there are your tools,  the metal ones,  your cars are gone.

Not being used to a crowd of people walking in the streets, you decided to stay at home and went to the kitchen and eat.

It's still the same, only without all the platic tools and utensils. You went to the fridge,  hoping to get something to eat,  but to your surprise everything is wrapped in a metal sheet.

Oh yeah,  there are no plastics,  no wrappers and containers

You said.

Curious as a cat,  you wanted to know how the environment looked like. Although you hate the crowd,  you still go for it as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You quickly changed your clothes, and wear something more casual, you wore a white T-shirt, with a black hoodie paired with jeans and a high-top black shoes.

You left your house, and now you're walking, on your way to the shore.

You never knew how important cars were, not until this moment. Thank God to the person who invented the wheel,  the engine and the car, they make things easier.

You're tired as you walked for almost an hour now,  but one things for sure there were no signs of plastics anywhere, everything was replaced with either metal or glass.

Surprise, surprise you're near the shore.

You walked closer and yoy now stand 3 meters away from the shore,  admiring how beautiful it is,  blooming with colors and marine life. 

Man it sure would be nice if this exists in my reality.

You said

But you quickly thought of the drawbacks of removing plastics, and you just want to keep it that way.

You admire the beautiful sunset as you're waiting to be taken back to your reality.

You really desire to change the world...

But How?
