Anthony's pov
I get off of my bed about to chase Rocky when Jake rushes into my room.

Jake: Is she serious?

Anthony: What Do you mean?

Jake: Does Erika really feel that way?

Anthony: I don't know bro, I don't think Rocky would just make it up. Would it change anything if she was really hurt...?

Jake: Oh um of course not... I can't have a toxic relationship. Neither of us deserve a toxic relationship.

Jake turns around and goes to leave my room. He stops at the door and turns around.

Jake: Anthony?

Anthony: Yeah?

Jake: You know how you told me that you'd stop talking to her...?

Anthony: I remember that.

Jake: at the time I wanted her out of my life because I thought it would help... that was selfish of me. Text her and see how she is... if you want.

I smile and nod at Jake. He gives me a weak smile back and leaves. I walk out of my room and quickly jog downstairs. I see Rocky sitting in her car. I jog over and sit in the passenger seat. I shut the door.

Anthony: Do you think Erika misses him?

Rocky: Yes Anthony... I know she does.

Anthony: Jake heard you yelling.

Rocky: Really? Fuck.

Anthony: He rushed into my room like there was no tomorrow. He was checking if she was okay.

Rocky: So why haven't you texted her?

Anthony: A few months ago I told Jake I had been texting with her and he went all quiet and was blocking me out. So I asked him if it was about me texting her and he said yes. So I told him I wouldn't talk to her anymore. Then just before he told me to text her if I wanted to.

Rocky: He misses her.
