I've had the entire morning just to think about what is happening between Jake and I.

*knock knock*

I get off of the couch and walk to the front door. I open it. Jake. He looks up and smiles. I smile back. I step aside and he walks in. I shut the door and follow him. I sit on the couch. He sits next to me.

Jake: So...

Erika: Can I be honest?

Jake nods.

Erika: I want to be with you and I don't want it to be awkward but I don't want to have to wait as long as we did last time. I don't want to have to always think what are we.

Jake: Neither do I.

Erika: I'm not saying asking me to be your girlfriend right now but I have to know that you're not gonna wait a year.

Jake: I promise! Back then I was scared but I'm not scared to be with you Erika. I know and love you.

I smile spreads across my face.

Erika: I love you too

I peck him on the lips.

Jake: I have to go talk to Justin, wanna join?

Erika: Sure

We stand up. Jake intertwines his fingers with mine. I grab my phone and put it in my pocket. Jake and I walk out the door. We go up to Justin's apartment. Jake knocks on the door.

Justin: COME IN!

Jake opens the door and walks in. Justin is sitting on the couch.

Justin: Jerikaaaa!!!!!

He walks over to us.

Erika: Hey Justin long time no see!

I hug him.

Justin: So Whats going on with you two?

Jake: Yeah So I need to talk to you about something.

Justin nods. We sit down on the couch.

Justin: Whats Up?

Jake: So right now Erika and I are together but we won't to keep it as private as possible.

Justin: Fare enough.

Jake: So If people see that I'm here could you go along with the fact that I'm just at your apartment? I'm gonna be really careful now so no one sees me but if I do-

Justin: I have your back. You both know that Jerika is my otp! 2019 is your year!!
