Jakes pov
Erika and I are laying on the couch. She wrapped up in my arms and is sleeping. The twins are still sleeping and hopefully will be for a while longer.
Erika: Hey
Jake: Hi
She smiles and pecks me on the lips.
Jake: I love you
Erika: I love you
I throw my leg over her.
Jake: It's weird
Erika: How So?
Jake: A year ago I was wishing I was spending the new year with you and look where we are now. If you had of told me a year ago I would have twins I would laugh but I couldn't be happier.
Erika: Awwwe
She pecks me on the lips.
Erika: I couldnt be happier too.
She plays with my hair. I hear one of the babies start fussing. Then I hear Ella start crying.
J&E: Ella, I'll get her. No it's okay I'll get her.
We both laugh.
Jake: What the fuck just happened
Erika giggles. I passionately kiss her on the lips. I get off the couch and walk over to the twins. Jax is sucking on his binky just looking aroun. Ella's binky has fallen out and she's crying.
Erika: I'll make their bottles.
She gets off the couch and walks to the kitchen. I turn the Mamaroo off and unbuckle her. I pick her up and hold her in my arms. She slowly calms down. I put her binky in her mouth. I kiss her forehead. I sit down on the couch. My phone starts ringing. 'Austin McBroom'.
Jake: it's Austin.
I look at Erika and she nod, I answer.
Jake: Hey bro
Austin: Hey Jake
Jake: Whats Up?
Austin: Well Elle's Birthday party is coming up and I wanted to invite y'all. It's not for bit over a week.
Jake: Hopefully we'll be able to make it, send me the time and shiz when you know.
Austin: Yeah. Catherine wants to meet up with Erika again since last time they just had a really quick conversation.
Jake: They seem very alike.
Austin: Agreed! Anyway, I'll let you get back to those babies! Hopefully we can meet them soon!
Jake: Well I think Erika's going to take the babies to the Team 10 house some day this week to meet the team, maybe we could stop by one day and you can meet them. Preferably after the news is public.
Austin: That'd be awesome. Let me know a day and I'll let you know when we are free!
Jake: Okay, Bye.
Austin: Peace
I hang up.
