Life was finally back on track. I could be happy for once.
'Hey' Kacchan texted. The text surprised, seeing how early it was on a Saturday. It had been a week since I got Kacchan back.
'Hey' I replied.
'Wanna meet at the old park?" He asked, referring to the park we played on as kids.
'Sure, what time?' I asked.
'11:30?' He suggested.
'Yep, see you then' I said.
By the time I got there, Kacchan was already there, sitting on a picnic blanket with a whole picnic layout.
"Oh my god, this amazing." I said in awe.
"Glad you like it." He said.
"Since when can you cook?" I asked.
"I can't, but my mom can." He chuckled.
We sat and ate. Sitting here with him made my insides feel warm. I laid back and looked at the sky. My view was suddenly interrupted by Kacchan's face, which was a much better view. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and pulled him in, kissing him lightly.
We packed up the picnic and brought it back to his place, before catching a movie.
After that they decided to go back to Bakugo's house.
"My parents aren't home." He said, winking.
I blushed as he opened the door. He let me in first then shut it behind him.
"You know if-" I started, but Bakugo grabbed hold of my face and pushed his tongue down my throat.
He pushed me against the wall and took off my shirt. He kissed my neck, my body all the way to my waist line. He in zipped my jeans and unbuttoned them. He pulled them down then kissed his way back to my lips, taking off his own shirt. He pulled down his pants, but first grabbed something out of his pocket and waved it around with a grin. It was a condom.

We lay next to each other on my bed, panting.
"That was amazing." Deku said
"Agreed, we should do it more often." I said.
We lay there for a while, before I offer to take Deku home. He agreed.

I was so happy. My life was great. I had sex with the love of my life after having an amazing day.
When we got inside, I asked him to come in. I closed the door behind him, and I turned to see my mother, laying on the floor in a pool of blood, and then behind her, Shigaraki disappeared into a warp gate, carrying a large knife, dripping in blood. No. No.
"NO!" I screamed, "NO! NO! NO!"
I ran to her side as Kacchan called an ambulance. There was no pulse. I cried. All these years, she supported me after my dad had left. And now she couldn't see me grow up to be the person I had always wanted to be. I screamed. Bakugo dragged me outside. He was crying too. Thus was my mother, my behind the scenes. She was the only one to believe in me. And now she was gone. I remembered her words.
"I love you Izuku, stay safe."
Did I say I love you back? I couldn't even remember. What type of son was I? I couldn't even protect my own mother, I was to busy being the gay son that would've brought her nothing but shame. If she knew, she wouldn't have wanted me. There was so much I needed to tell her, but I couldn't now. So many things she  died without knowing. Maybe I should follow her path.
"I love you." Kacchan said. That reminded me of yet another reason to live.
