Narrator Point of View
It is one hundred degrees outside and the half finished tree house put a smile on face. She has been working day and night and feels proud of herself. Cyn turns to her right and look at her bluetooth. A grin comes to appear out of nowhere when an Idea comes to her mind. She pulls out her burner phone with that same grin.
It has been three and a half months since she has been out in a far but near forest. She was just traveling before to get what she needed to build her small comfy tree house. The treehouse has two bean bags, candle lights, a foldable night stand, carpet, an air mattress, and a small couch. It is also decorated and painted. God gave her the strength to build this within three months, but it does need more work to do. In another month, she feels that she will be completely satisfied once it is done.
The forest rest opens a hill where you can oversee where she used to call home. She isn't far from a cafe that she grew a liking to. No one seems to recognize her and she wear a mouth piece and hides her bike far from the cafe. So far she is surviving and is actually happy. It hurts that she can not see her family but they brought nothing but pain. Erica is still a sensitive topic to even think about for her.
Her days start off with some meditation, reading, go exercising, swimming, and last but not least either go to the cafe if she is hungry or just watch the sun go down and rise the next morning. The best thing is that she has found her peace. She scrowls through her phone and passes Caught Up by Usher but goes back to it and smile before putting the phone back on the bed. The hair brush got her attention and she picks it up as the beat start. She got this moncho look on face that is too adorable and start singing.
I'm the kind of brotha'
Who been doin' it my way
Gettin' my bread for years
In my careerShe does a three sixty spin and lean forward with the brush three inches away from her. Her free arm is out while she lean back.
I'm so, caught up
Got me feelin' it, caught up
I don't know what it is
But it seems she's got me twisted
I'm so, caught up
Got me feelin' it, caught up
I'm losin' control, this girls got a hold on meLet me go baby
Now listen
My momma told me
Be careful who you do 'cause karma comes back around
Same ol' song
But I was so sure
That it wouldn't happen to me
'cause I know how to put it down
But I was so wrong
This girl was mean
She really turned me out
Her body was so tight
I'm lookin' for her in the daytime with a flashlight
My homies say this girl is crampin' my style
And I can't figure it outHer hair is flying, feet moving at 50 miles per second, and has the biggest on her face. Micheal Jackson would be proud seeing her dance lol. She is carefree and happy. That is all she ever wanted.
Meanwhile at home...
The town is still searching high and low for the missing teen but no one is trying to listen to Erica, whom can help. It has been very gloomy for the town over all since this happens very rarely. Cyn's parents are fighting so hard and did everything they could to seek help, Her brothers fights who sleep in her room every night or who turn is it, everyone else is sad cause the town is just sad, and Erica is the one that is carrying Her baby. There was a blood test that put her best soul as ease and ruled in his favor but he is trying to be supportive while all of these can possibly kill the unborn child.
Erica isn't done searching because she now sees that her baby needs its father. She wants for them to be together to know the sex of the baby. It hurts her that it took all of this to happen to see she had someone all along and now can't see or touch her. Her parents still aren't home and don't care to come home. She is really going through it and no one besides her true best friend, that she pushes away, is not giving her two fucks if it doesn't involve a party, alcohol, or money. This is what Cyn did not want and leaving only made things worse.
