After dinner, Hermione and I walked back to the common room. By then it was about 8:30, so the two of us went up to our dorms to sleep. After getting ready and setting my alarm to wake me up at 9:50 tonight, we laid in bed and talked.
"I still don't agree to you going out tonight after hours," Hermione said.
"We've already talked about this. It would be rude to the mischief gods if I didn't go. Plus, I want to be known for pranks and not my scar. Also, if I'm being completely honest, I also want to hang out with Fred," I replied.
"Fine. I already said I would let you go, so you can," she said.
"Thanks! Now I'm going to sleep. I need as much sleep as I can get if I'm going to go out tonight," I said, and let the darkness consume me.

I woke up at 10:50, and started to get dressed. By the time I was dressed, it was already 10:59, so I started to make my way down the stairs and out the portrait hole.
I got out of the common room at exactly 10:00, to see Fred and George already waiting there. Fred checked his watch.
"11:00 on the dot, I like how you roll," Fred said, after he looked back up at me.
"Doesn't everybody like the way I roll? And just like me in general?" I replied.
"Well," George started.
"You do have a point," Fred replied.
"Because even Malfoy seems to like you," they said, once more, at the same time.
I clenched my fists, "How many times am I going to have to tell you to stop doing that?"
"Too many," George replied cheekily, while his brother smirked.
"Now, let's be off! We have quite a long and exciting night ahead of us!" Fred said, and started to drag me by the hand to wherever we were going.
I was nervous, but at the same time excited. I was nervous for two reasons. 1) We were sneaking out at night. 2) Fred was holding my hand. I was also excited for two reasons. 1) We were sneaking out at night... and 2) Fred was holding my hand. I'm confusing, aren't I?
Anyways, we were walking around the castle, when we heard footsteps. Luckily, we had just arrived at our destination, or so I was told. We were standing in front of a statue that looked to have some sort of trap-door in its back. The trap-door was pretty high up, and I knew I would need some help if I wanted to get up there.
"Quick! In here!" Fred said, pressing a button that made the top half of the back pop open.
"Could I possibly get some help? Not everyone's a giant like you two," I said, and got hoisted up by Fred.
Fred then proceeded to hoist himself up, while George started to run away.
"Why-" I was cut off by Fred's hand. He put his finger to his lips to silence me.
I started to fidget with the ring on my finger. It had little gears that I could move to calm me down if I was ever stressed or feeling fidgety. When we were sure that we couldn't here anymore footsteps, Fred started explaining him and his brother's "genius" plan.
"George was kind enough to volunteer to be used as bait if we heard anyone approaching. That way, we could keep going while the unsuspecting guest was leaded away from the real trouble," he explained.
I nodded my head to show I understood. By that time, my eyes had adjusted to the darkness and I noticed we were in a secret passage way.
"This passage will lead us to the real destination," Fred said, and again dragged my hand to drag me with him. I couldn't help but blush, but luckily enough it was too dark for anyone to see.
After a few more minutes of walking in silence, Fred suddenly stopped, making me bump into him and fall to the floor. (If you didn't know, your crouching because in the books it said the passageways were small) Fred helped me back up and then pressed a button that was placed next to him. A different trap-door opened and we were now standing in front of a tapestry that showed trolls doing ballet dancing.
Fred turned around, and since he was still holding my hand, he forced me to turn around with him. It was a blank wall. Confused, I turned to him, only to see him walking back and forth in front of the wall, looking to be in deep concentration. Suddenly, as Fred walked past the wall for the third time, a door appeared, and Fred walked through it as if this was something he did on a regular basis. Although, it probably was. Him and George were the "Pranking Kings", so they had to have found out all the secrets to Hogwarts.
I walked in after Fred, playing with the ring on my finger as I did. This was all so new and exciting, but at the same time I was frightened.
Fred noticed me playing with my ring, and said, "There's nothing to be afraid of, you know. George and I know everything there is to know about this school, and as far as I know, only George, Lee, and I know about this room. This small list now includes you, and we plan on making you the 'Pranking Queen', as we like to call it."
I smiled slightly. I mean, nothing here is going to hurt me, so I don't have anything to be afraid of. Also, nobody knows about this place besides Fred, George, Lee, and I. What's the worst that could happen?
I noticed that the room we were in held a bookshelf, a long coffee table in front of a fireplace, and two red, lounge-like chairs which were complimented by a red couch. The room reminded me of the Gryffindor common room. It was so cozy, something that I had never experienced at the Dursley's house.
Fred sat down on the couch, and I sat next to him. I stared into the fire and felt like I was being watched, so I turned to Fred to find him staring at me.
"What?" I asked. I mean, it's not everyday that your crush is staring at you.
"Nothing. Just thinking," he replied, not taking his eyes off of me.
"What about?" I said, looking him straight in the eyes.
He looked straight back at me, "How you play with your ring when your nervous. How whenever your deep in concentration, you stick your tongue out a bit. How easy it is to make you laugh, and how easy you can make other people laugh."
"Hmm, well do you want to know what I'm thinking about?" I asked, subtly inching closer to him. He did the same.
"What are you thinking about?" he asked, never taking his eyes off of me.
"How loyal you are to your friends and family. How caring you are to people. How you welcome in anyone who needs a friend. How clever you are when it comes to pranks," I said. We were now only inches apart. I could feel his breath on my face.
"You do know that I'm not just clever with pranks, right?" he asked.
"Where's the test scores to prove it?" I said, earning a chuckle from him.
We were now only centimeters apart when George burst in, panting and breathless. We both looked over to him with "Wtf?" looks on our faces.
"It turns out... that Filch and his cat... are really good runners..." he said, stopping in between words to take breaths.
Me and Fred both laughed. George joined us at the coffee table and we began our master plan.

After a long night of planning, Fred, George, and I started to make our way back to the common room. By the time we got back, it was around 1:00 a.m.
"Well, I'm going to bed. Goodnight boys," I said, tiredly. I yawned as I got back to my room. I walked in, got on my pajamas, and went to sleep.
