Anna's pov
Run. All I did was run. I couldn't look back I didn't want to believe what brad was telling me. I... it couldn't be true. Could it? I didn't get a chance to get to know Kevin that well after all. I kept running through the woods until I got to the little cafe we went to the first time. As I walked in I saw the one thing I never wanted to see. My mate was kissing another girl in the same booth we kissed at. I growled loudly and everyone looked at me. Even him. "So you help me fight a vampire who also happens to be my blood mate and then you get me to the verge of almost dying then you walk away saying you only used me so you could live. Now of all things I'm a fucking hybrid and my fucking mate is sitting here making out with another fucking girl! Everyone get the fuck out! Except the people who work here and you Kevin." Everyone went running. I looked at the waitress who was scared in the corner "can I have a coffee please? Black if you have it." She nodded and rushed off. I looked around and sat at a table paralyzed in place was a little girl. Barley older then 10. She was looking around very scared. I looked at Kevin and held my finger up as a point to hold on a minute. I walked over to the little girl and bent down smiling. "Hi there. I'm Anna. what's your name?" "Lily" What a pretty name. She sounds so grown up talking without fear in her voice. "Well, Lily that is a pretty name. Were are your parents and how old are you?" I asked her. She is so fucking cute. "I'm 9 and I don't have parents they died yesterday. Im.... I'm a rogue now. I think." Not on my watch she's not. "Ok Lily you are not a rogue. You can come live with me ok. I'm the alpha of this pack so you get to live in a big house and get cute clothes and I'll love you like a daughter ok?" She smiled from ear to ear at what I said. "Ok! But what do i call you?" "Anna or ann. Your choice. Come here." I picked her up and carried her over to the table Kevin was sitting at with a shocked face. I didn't even sit I just starred at him for a minute. "I Anna Maria Nicola reject you Kevin Yamaha as my mate and accept you brad Stevenson as my blood mate. May you live in peace always kevin." I said and set Lily down then turned to walk out. But before I could Kevin grabbed my waist and turned me around kissing me. I slapped him so hard he went flying to the other side of the room and brad was there in seconds to help me as I fell. I am not used to this whole hybrid thing yet. Lily was behind me scares of brad. "Lily honey it's ok. This is brad. My mate. He will not under any circumstances hurt you. Ok?" They both nodded. I got up looked at Kevin and walked over to him. I grabbed his use practically breaking it and making him look at me. "If you even touch me again I will kill you. It will be slow painful and when your on the verge of passing out I will inject you with wolfsbane to kill you. Got it?!" I yell/whisperd. He nodded and I got up and started to walk out after taking Lily hand. I looked back at brad "let's go it's time you see my home." This may be the end of my story with Kevin but this is only the beginning of my story with brad and lily.
Goodbye kevin. I hope I never have to see your ugly ass fucking face again.
