"Hyung, I'm really nervous right now." Yukhei said as he collects the small black velvet box from the jewelry maker, Jaehyun was smiling knowingly at his younger band mate.
He pats the male's shoulder and looks down to the box, too. "And you should be," he pauses and smirks, "what if she says no?"
"Now is not the time to say something like that!" The younger whines before thanking the lady who bowed and walked away.
They were both in the mall, inside the jewelry store, wearing their outfits to hide themselves so nobody would recognise them. Yukhei put the small, squared velvet box inside his pocket while walking out of the store.
Jaehyun puts his arm over Yukhei's shoulder. "Do you want to come have lunch with me and the group now?" The younger glances at him from the side. "You're planning on asking her today right? Make it a surprise, when she's at home, late, just waiting for you - "
"Hyung, that is so cliche." Jokingly scoffed Yukhei. But never really saying no to the idea.
As they walk into the garage of the mall, and into Yukhei's car, the male pulls out the box again and this time, opening it. His band mate was right by his side, watching as a smile tugs widely on his cheeks out of happiness as he plays with the small ring.
He decided to go for a simple design - after all, he knew that's what she would like. The ring had gold rimming on the sides and a sea of diamonds on the inside of it, when he takes a look on the inside, it felt as if a million butterflies fluttered inside his stomach from the happiness he felt.
"I'm happily in crazy with you..." It was written in his mother language, but also in smaller letters of his lover's native tongue.
He bites back a slight laugh when hearing Jaehyun's whistling by his ear. "How much did you spend on that? To write all that I mean, and also what does it mean?"
Yukhei chuckles as he puts the ring away back into his pocket before inserting the car key into its gear, as he maneuvered the car out of the parking spot, he answered his Hyung. "Now that, will be a secret."

Yukhei had spent the entire day out, he only sent a message home saying he would be late, he did as his Hyungs had told him to do, thinking it was better to follow their ideas.
But now Yukhei regretted it, he was sure he stank of maybe a bit of alcohol but he hadn't drunk any, it was because of how much some of his band mates had drank, especially when most of them were now off work and preparing to go to their families.
He cursed himself as he drove back to his apartment complex, it was already past midnight, his dead phone wouldn't be of much help. He must've been causing his significant other to be worried.
Yukhei tried his best to make it to the door as quick as he could, but it seemed as if the elevator ride was just too slow and having him anxious. The male was determined to propose to the love of his life today.
He was sure of it. From the day they met, to how their relationship had been progressing, and now, to where he was. With a small box that held more than enough words to describe what he was feeling and wanting for their future.
He was than ready to take her to be his, and to be hers, to have both of their families united and even have a family of their own. It was his dream.
A trembling sigh left him when hearing the bell from the lift, the doors slowly slide open and he almost tumbled forward. Deep breathes, he felt as if he could pass out from all how nervous he felt.
