So we all know about the pumpkin theory, right? If not, here's a basic summary of the theory.
One time in an interview, Gerard Way said he wanted MCR to follow in the footsteps of The Smashing Pumpkins. The Smashing Pumpkins were formed in 1988 and disbanded in 2000. They were a band for 12 years, much like MCR. But 6 years later, The Smashing Pumpkins were, for lack of a better word, reborn. They are still going at it to this day. So people think that MCR will get back together 6 years subsequent to 2013, which will be 2019. This theory was named The Pumpkin Theory.
Anyway, onto my add-on for the theory.
Billy Corgan is 10 years older than Gerard Way, and weirdly, they look and sound mostly the same.
