Dahvie Vanity going to prison?

Blood On The Dance Floor's Dahvie Vanity might be facing time in the slammer after more sexual assault accusations came to the surface. Yesterday, 12/18/18, Altpress published an article stating that more women have come forward about being assaulted by Dahvie.

Most of the girls and women assaulted were under age at the time of the assault but, he didn't seem to be bothered. One story, shared by Tye who was assaulted in 2011 as a sophmore in high school, was very clear with Dahvie about her age, but he didn't care and gave her the nickname, "my little school girl." She said they met at a mall after talking on Facebook and after they went back to his car. She though he was going to take her somewhere else, but instetad found herself being forced into doing sexual acts.This wasn't the first time this had happened either. His arrest record dated back to 2009 with a sexual assault. 

Another girl, named Shae who was 14 at the time, shared another story. In this one, she was at a concert the same year and had a shirt she wanted the band to sign. Dahvie gladly did so, but signed to one she was wearing instead and grabbed her chest, as well. Several years later, she went to another concert with her mother. As they began performing "Call Me Master", Dahvie walked through the crowd with a girl on a leash. Dahvie then walked over to Shae's mother and poured a drink all over her shirt. What makes this even more insane is what he did next! He began to try to make out with her mother, but Shae's mother was "appalled" and shoved him off. 

Ash Costello of New Years Day and Jeffree Star said they'd both seen Dahvie Vanity do these insensitive things while on the The Scene Is Dead tour in 2012.  Jeffree tweete. "I'm gonna speak the truth til I die. We saw @botdmusic Dahvie bring under age girls to his hotel rooms and do sexual things. 100% ILLEGAL." 

Ash Costello said, "I watched too many fans get abused and I was abused myself by this person. I no longer felt comfortable where I was. NYD wanted to at least finish out the tour for one reason only, YOU GUYS, our fans, but that's not what happened and it is probably for the best."

There are so many stories that sound the same. These girls don't want to become another sexual assault statistic, so they came forward to expose Dahvie. These things all came back into light when Kate, 20, came forward about him forcing himself on her. 

A girl more recently came forward saying that just after turning 18, she met Dahvie at a mall. ( again. What is it with this guy and malls? ) He was getting his nails done for his show that night. His nail polish read, "fuck me." He wanted to meet up with Emerald after the show but she kindly suggested breakfast instead. When they met up that morning, Emerald says,  he "grabbed her by the throat and dragged her into the bathroom.". There, he reportedly anally raped her in front of the mirror, making her watch. She says, "The moment I would look down, he would pull my head back up and force me to watch." After this, he apparently took her to bed and vaginally raped her. 

Original band member, Garrett Ecstasy, saw something happen that would immediately make you question someone. During a show in September 2009, a girl accused Dahvie of sexual assault. Their show was cut short and Dahvie was handcuffed. Garrett saw a girl talking to police and immediately recognized her from when he tried to get into the band's van, but was pushed away by Vanity. 

Garrett said that what Dahvie did disturbed him, which lead to him leaving the band and Dahvie recruiting Jayy Von Monroe, who was 17. Jayy left the band in 2016, saying that what Dahvie did made him uncomfortable.  "It became embarassing, and I didn't want to tell people what band I was in." 

Jayy also said that, "I think that Dahvie has a very childlike mind, and that's why he's able to, I guess, get into the heads of these kids and manipulate their thoughts and minds and what they idolize." 

Let's hope we get justice for these girls and what has happened to them.
