beerus and i were rapidly trading blows as we stood still with me in my super saiyan blue form the battle making the ground crack and rise around randomly our fists blurring as we sped up until i was sent flying back but landing on my feet i slid back several more feet until i stopped and raising my hand i blocked a punch from beerus before we continued. our assaults making lightning strike the ground around us as we fought until he landed another punch to my face. "come on rego! you fell behind goku already at the tournament he combined kaioken with super saiyan blue maybe your just destined to be the weakest of the remaining saiyans!" he yelled making me grow angry and speeding up i managed to make him power up more. "thats more like it!" he said driving his palm into my chest sending me crashing into one of the planets. picking myself up i launched myself back into the fray headbutting beerus with full power shattering the ground beneath us as we flew upwards fighting harder and harder until blocking both his fists i slammed my leg into his side sending him crashing onto one of the floating planets further away its surface covered in rock every inch of it with little water as i landed near his crater. standing up he let our a roar of anger as he charged forward driving his knee into my gut launching me away but flying forward he landed another knee to my gut smashing me into the ground below and rolling over i dodged his palm as he smashed into the ground where i had been. getting up i was hit with an elbow strike to my face before getting kicked into a boulder kicking up smoke. "i guess i used too much power" beerus said before freezing up as my power spiked rising rapidly. the smoke cleared revealing me standing up as my skin turned red steam rising off of my body as i locked eyes with beerus. "y-you combined super saiyan blue with that?!" he exclaimed as i let out a deep breath. "i didnt think it would work but after goku combined his kaioken with super saiyan blue i had to try and saiyan fury sounds good but it could be better. i know! i can call it fury mode! alright beerus face super saiyan blue fury mode!" i yelled shooting forward and driving my elbow into his face. lurching back he punched at my side but blocking with my hand i used the free hand to land a powerful blow to beerus,s chest sending him crashing into a canyon and following up i leapt forward kicking beerus in the face sending us through the crust of the planet into a chamber filled with magma. landing on separate bits of floating rock we let out an animal like roar before launching ourselves forward. blocking several of my attacks beerus landed a kick to my face smashing me into the wall but catching his foot as he went for another i jumped down with him slamming him against a solid piece of volcanic rock cracking it and kicking me he sent me flying back to the surface. flipping several times i managed to land on my feet as he burst from the surface and charging me head on we fought both of us cracking the planet itself with our power until he grabbed me by the face and launched me back to his planet. landing in the lake i sank to the bottom and swimming to the top i pulled myself onto the shore and standing up i watched beerus walk towards me as i clenched my fists. "why did you wish to fight me today rego?" he asked genuine confusion on his face as i smiled. "i need to be stronger to protect my friends. in fact i need to be the strongest!" i said raising my voice as i charged forward taking a punch to the face but fighting through it i returned one of my own with enough force that it cracked off part of the planet and following up with a kick i sent beerus across the ground all the way to the base of the tree leaving a trench in his wake and as he got up groggy i lunged forward at him my body pouring steam with some even coming out of both corners of my mouth as i felt myself nearing my limit and putting my back into it i slammed a full power punch into his face th force shaking the universe as i smiled triumphently until he grabbed my wrist and pulling it from the side i saw he was wrapped in an aura of his power. "dont get cocky he screamed grabbing me by the face and smashing me into the ground he unleashed a point blank blast creating a giant purple tornado of destructive energy even tinting the very air purple until it dispersed leaving me in a crater in my base form with beerus standing over me but he was panting hard as he slowly sat down. "its been a long time since i ever got hurt this bad" he said smiling as he touched his face wincing from a large bump from one of my blows but he watched as i slowly picked myself up and shaking i stood up looking down at beerus. "im going to keep growing stronger until i surpass you!" i said making him smile. "guess i better get ready for you to challenge me someday huh?" he said and holding my hand out i helped him up.
