Right now me Sophia and Jacob are in the room with Bella

But she's still asleep they said she will wake up in about 30mins

"Umm do you guys want anything I'm going to go get a snack" Sophia said getting up from her chair

"I'll take a water" I say
"I'm good thank you" Jacob says and Sophia leaves the room

"So how long have you been dating my sister" Jacob says

"2 months but we took a break 2 weeks ago and 5 days ago we just got back together" I say

He just nods

The nurse walks in
"She should be waking up in a little bit just give her some water when she wakes up" the nurse says as we both nod and she leaves the room

Sophia walks back in and gives me my water bottle
But I didn't drink it I wanted to give it to Bella

Bella started moving and she opens her eyes slowly
We all look at her

"Yes?" Bella questioned us looking at her
Sophia goes up to her and hugs her

Then I go up to her and hug her then kiss her forehead

"I'm so sorry this happened" I say
She smiles at me "it's not your fault"

I get a text message from that same unknown number

UNKNOWN

Unknown: this is what you get ;) I told you to stay away from her

Me: why the hell would you do this to her!!??

Unknown: because I'm in love with her and I want her but you stole her from me 😡

Me: your in love with her? So you shoot her?! Who the hell shoots someone they "love" you obviously don't love her if you shot her and she's mine and you will never take her away from me

Unknown: i will get her ;) and then she'll fall in love with me and she'll forget all about you

Me: she will never fall in love with someone that shot her and took her away from the love of her life

Unknown: we'll see about that ;)
