DIANNE'S POV~
We got up around 5 o'clock this morning, Joe had already packed our things so all that was left to do was get Tegan and I ready.

We gathered our things and left. Heathrow was surprisingly quiet and security was a breeze. We got on the plane and I went to sit down before Joe diverted me to the first class seats.
"Really?" I asked
Joe nodded.
"Why"
"Only the best for my baby." He replied
Tegan slept well throughout the takeoff, although she woke up towards the middle of the flight. I underestimated how hard a 15 hour flight would be with a 7 month old. Joe got up to change her in the toilets, the onesie would be far too hot for her in the Australian sun. He came back around 5 minutes later before I went to get myself ready.
Joe and I spent the remainder of the flight lying down together cuddling, we slept for a little while whilst Tegan settled again. Before long, it was time for us all to get back in our seats. "I hope Tegan will sleep through the landing, that's the part that always makes me nervous." I said to Joe before clipping myself in.
"Don't worry, you've got me baby." He replied before gripping my hand.
"Besides, you've done this multiple times now, you have absolutely nothing to worry about." He reassured me.
Turns out, the landing was really smooth. Immediately my attention turned to one thing: FAMILY.
We rushed through the airport and suddenly, there they were, my family, all holding a massive WELCOME HOME DIANNE sign. As soon as the saw joe and I they dropped the sign and huddled round us like penguins. I broke down as I flung myself into my brothers' arms. "I've missed you so much." I whispered before letting go. I never want this moment to end.
